How to install Verint WorkView APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Verint WorkView APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.verint.myday-v2.15.8-ApkClean.apk)

4 ★difficult to log in. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and now I am not able to type anything into the app to register myself as a user. Still seems to be an app issue and not my employers issue. Samsung S7 being used. Developer offered a reason for the difficulty but in the meantime, app is now running fine on my phone. Thanks
3 ★I would like to provide the following feedback about this app: 1. It is not possible to take screenshots on the phone when using this app as it gives the error: "Taking screenshots isn't allowed by the app or your organisation". The same issue does not exist for the IOS version. 2. This application can only be used by agents and has no supervisor functionality, whereas the legacy Mobile WFO app could be used by both agents and supervisors. 3. A customer reported that a visually impaired user had problems listening to her shift details because it is not in a list view, whereas the legacy Mobile WFO app provided such functionality.
1 ★Doesn't always work. I've get logged out often having to sign back in. And now I am unable to sign in at at all.
1 ★UPDATE: It does not load all the time - I literally have to uninstall ans reinstall the app every single time I use it! sometimes more than once for it to work. Original: I always have to uninstall and reinstall EVERYTIME to use and some time numerous times on the same day
4 ★Very simple compared to the website. I only wish the actonyms were explained in the app.
1 ★Keeps logging me out as soon as I log in, due to no internet connection, which is not correct. Also we are suppose to have options to withdraw approved time, this feature appears randomly. Not user friendly at all.
2 ★Can't even log in - needs a Reset Password or forgot password on credentials screen. The workaround an admin groom my company found was to set my profile to reset password, go to the URL on a PC,change password there then log in. Seems cumbersome for such a common procedure.
3 ★If I could actually get into the app I would rate 5 but most of the time I have to uninstall and re install it to be able to open it cause if not it will stay buffering for hours before it opens. But once im in it every thing else works great
4 ★I cant get pass the sign in screen all of it is jumbled up and the continue button is greyed out (Update) it was my settings which is why i couldnt sign in but it does kick me out once my screen goes to sleep so i have to sign in every few mins
1 ★Broken. Uninstalled and reinstalled to try and fix. Didn't work. Randomly logged me out and now I can't log back in. Keep getting told my username or password is incorrect when I know for a FACT I'm entering them correctly.
1 ★Worked great for awhile...then one day it said my password wasnt correct. Same password I had been using and am still using for work. Have no clue...very frustrating !
