1 ★Worst app i have ever encountered. Crashes constantly and every update creates a new problem. I wish there was any other option. How they are still in business baffles me. Constant source of headaches and aggravation.

1 ★New update is unusable and the excuse tech support gave is ridiculous. Very disappointed in a program and app we have spent thousands of dollars on since 2016 and now are unable to use. For the few days the app sort of worked basic functionality and changed features were unimpressive. Not happy at all Real Green.

3 ★i know this is on playstore but we use ipads at work and i have to say apple maps absolutely blows you need to code the ape to open google maps only and not apple maps it constantly sends techs to the wrong house and or somewhere completely wrong please please consider using google maps only they have the most map data out of any other service thanks guys

1 ★It is quite obvious that this app has not been tested in the field at all. The delays caused by crashing, inability to load and freezing must cost companies an insane amount in lost time. If you are considering using this app with your company, I urge you to reconsider.

1 ★It is terrible at routing it puts next door neighbors separate down the list has the houses on the wrong side of the street and when you complete the order it doesn't take it off the list. I have never experience a worst app

1 ★This new app sucks. It's way worse than the old one. Keeps logging me off. The slider buttons are just weird . You now have to scroll to select various options that used to be drop down. Total failure!

3 ★The app is dependent upon having a wifi connection always. Once the connection is lost the app crashes or freezes causing delays of 2-3 minutes easily. Talking with customer service they say there is nothing they can do.

1 ★Very buggy and now it freezes on the sign in page and tells me theirs an error after a 10 minute wait of a frozen page. Was good in 2019 but 2020 is not the year for this app, its very slow just to tell you theirs an error

1 ★the new android update is an absolute mess. takes twice as long to navigate, and it is not user friendly. I'd give zero stars if possible. the app before the new update was great. please restore it.

1 ★Terrible i spend more of my day waiting on loading screens and constant error messages "production not uploaded" "internet not available" dont flip your screen or youll have to sit and wait for it ti fully reload the route. for once look into these issues AND FIX IT!!!

2 ★Still having a ton issues, main one being when I hit "navigate" it opens maps and begins the route but somehow the address gets changed. And not by a couple houses, but by blocks.

1 ★new app is very broken. it has rendered mobile live nearly unusable. so slow, takes so long to load routes, etc. definitely a downgrade from the previous version.
