Whether you want to increase focus, reduce distraction, eliminate the "fear of missing out", or just take a nap undisturbed, Timeout gives you the power to decide your own healthy usage habits.Simply set the desired length of time and follow the on-screen instructions to start a Timeout. During a Timeout, your device cannot be unlocked (unless it is restarted). You can still receive and answer phone calls. No other applications or settings are affected.
Please note: You will be asked to activate device administration. This is required for Timeout to control your lock screen. You can change this permission at any time from the Settings menu.
