2 ★This app leaves a lot to be desired. The main problem is pairing and staying paired. Other bluetooth devices dont need to pair each time they are turned on. This one does. It's just a few steps that detract from the heat of the moment. Another problem is the location service. I shouldn't need it on to use the app. I understand there is a mode where these can control a vibe tethered to a different device outside of bluetooth range. When not using that mode, location service feels creepy.
1 ★Believe the reviews. Disconnects frequently and really puts a damper on the mood. Really hoping people were being overdramatic, but it's truth. Used w/Sync. Toy itself was alright, probably would have been a better experience if the app stayed connected for more than a few minutes at a time. We couldn't play at any distance because I'd be pressing buttons and never know if I was connected or not.Just disappointing. Update: responded to developer email as suggested... Haven't heard a word back...
2 ★Very frustrating. Initial pairing works fairly easily, but after that it's pretty bumpy. I've determined that it'll only connect to a device once-per-app-execution. The only way to get it to connect again is to force-stop the app so that it's not running in the background, disable Bluetooth for 10 seconds, then turn Bluetooth back on, then start the app up. Then it'll connect almost instantly. But it likely won't actually stay connected for more than a few minutes. Rinse and repeat...
1 ★when connecting remotely through the app you can only use the default 3 vibes, if you select another it doesnt change. sometimes trying to change it will make the circle that determines speed go away completely. also cant use custom vibes. it hasnt worked for a month or two we emailed a while back, they asked for more info then never responsed back.
1 ★paying close to $200 for a device and having the app be this broken is unacceptable. (Long distance controlling) switching out vibes doesn't work, the dot completely dissapers after moving it a few times or trying to switch between modes, the only thing that seems to work consistently is the vibrations with the finger drawing. Not sure how this app is acceptable in any way, shape, or form
1 ★EDIT: The developers reached to say the problems I had should have been fixed. None of them have been. The recent update ruined it. My device has trouble staying connected. I have less control over the device because I cant change the intensity of the two parts separately. And I used to love to use the Playlist function so I could watch videos or read erotica without having to fiddle with the app. The Playlist function now won't work unless the app is open which ruins my favorite feature.
5 ★Sometimes it takes a bit if work to get this app to sync with my toy, but when it does, it's really cool! My boyfriend can control the toy and the experience from four states away! It helps to have him on the phone though, so he can see how it's going, but there are little pictures of wave patterns to illustrate the vibrations if we cant.
3 ★App updated to have a completely different interface that doesn't work at all. My partner and I connected remotely and it worked for about ten minutes before the app crashed and we have spent the past hour trying to get them to reconnect. Both of us have good internet connection, we have reset the app, cleared the cache and data, reset to factory defaults, uninstalled and reinstalled it, and nothing has worked. It just doesn't work. Edit: dev fixed some of the issues and it worked for me earlier
1 ★Fix your app. I've now purchased two of your products for the connectivity option and when the goal is to not create a discouraging and infuriating atmosphere, you're failing epically. I know you're working on a new app, but just make the one you have currently work properly before coming out with a whole new batch of things to go wrong. That being said, the toy is amazing! The concept is great, but please make the basics work, aka staying connected longer than 30 seconds, before adding more.
1 ★I read the reviews, figured I was more tech savvy than most and could get it working, but I'm just as disappointed as everyone else. Cons: literally almost everything. I've only tried it remotely, which can be a challenge, but there are expectations. I think my realization that it was lack of effort and not hardware limitations was how poorly it worked as a messaging app. Starting and maintaining a session is impossible too, but it can't even handle text. Probably going to return hardware.
1 ★We love the toy & the Bluetooth remote was a huge draw, but in the year we've had it, it connected to the app once and has never connected again. We just use the toy & stopped even trying the app for months & randomly tried again last week & it still will not connect at all. The tips that everyone are directed to have never helped it connect either. The toy is great but for anyone curious, I don't recommend buying this one bc this entire Bluetooth/app feature doesn't work.
4 ★This is an ok app (the products are great too). You can have anyone you want use the app with you. You can text, video, or just have them control your product for you. It is so much fun. I love that your partner in fun doesn't even have to be in the same state as you. So it's great for people in long distance relationship!! 😀 ❤🧡 The biggest issue is that we had to keep reconnecting on both ends. It drops a lot. Thats an inconvenience when your trying to have "private" time!!
