Personally I love short,intense,and quick workout, but I don't really notice the time with this, I could now go for about 10-15 mins and i like it. So thanks a lot ,keep up the good work
5 ★I really like this app!. I'm a runner and have not been able to run because of my hip problem. A little depressed about that but instead of doing nothing my daughter found this for me,and believe me, you get a workout. I love how you get to choose what you want to do and for how long. Only thing is for me and it might be because of my signal that I cant load all the workouts, so I have to go to each individual section.

I think it is far better than gym but only one condition is there that you have to be regular through the workout sessions without any cheating!!!

I like that a rest is offered after each exercise and that you can skip the rest if you don't need it. The video demonstrations are helpful. I like that for the most part you can do the exercises at your own pace. This app has been just what I needed at this time.

5 ★it's a great app! it keeps track of how often you've worked out, calories lost, and also keeps favorites. the only thing I wish it had were pregnancy friendly workouts. it's nice because I can see what workouts are included in the sessions, but pregnancy friendly ones would be so nice! I really do love this app
5 ★It's alright. For some reason, I prefer the original 30 Days Workout app than this one that's made specifically for women. I just wish that this had an option where it can sync to any period tracker app you have so it can adjust the difficulty according to the phasrs in your menstural cycle. Just an idea, since it's already made for women specifically.
