4 ★love the app & all the information available! love that you can add other ppl, just wish there wasn't an age limit on it because I would like to add my other child but I guess she's too young! the only negative thing I would have to say about the app, is the price! (if I remember correctly, it was only like $5.99 or somewhere around that price) but* at the same time, I almost feel like it's worth it bc all the info & what you can learn! can't wait to get a reading from someone on the app soon!
1 ★Once again, do not use this app! It's a trick. No one has responded about the cancelation AND my refund. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Update, 6/19/2021: I emailed within the initial hour of obtaining this scam to cancel the "service" as I was not able to set up an account. "Tech support" took 8 days to respond to my email, causing my subscription to be renewed. I'm going to Google with all of my proof to make a real grievance, since Nebula can't do things correctly on their end!
1 ★Just installed it and the free app already isn't letting me do ANYTHING! I just tried to do a simple free compatibility thing for a different zodiac. It showed an ad and the ad didnt go away after it was done. And everytime I wanna click anywhere it tries to get me to install the app from the ad. But won't do the damn function I asked for it to do. Ive honestly had it with all these apps these days because I guess free seems to equal doesn't work at all. You have to pay to play.
1 ★I haven't used this app in years and somehow its still charging my card that has changed a few times, 10 dollars a month. I reinstalled it today to see how to cancel it because it doesn't show up on my subscriptions. I'm pretty sure I have cancelled it, because the app says that it now charges 24 dollars a month and its still charging me 10. I'm trying to understand how and why its charging me at all. I have 2 email accounts and I have checked both. The one I use less has no subscriptions and no debit card on file. Since my debit card has changed a few times, I fear they literally have my banking account information. I do not trust them and you shouldn't either. I would like an actual phone number to reach someone that can actually give me a reason and a way to stop this.
2 ★Good luck trying to cancel if you buy into the 3day subscription. Currently googling and trying my darndest. It said, can cancel anytime and it's simple. Liars! LIARS! It is not simple and there isn't even an option in the app to cancel it. Not in settings. Not in profile. Nothing. Total bull. Also, the horoscopes are just awful. But I was also trying to see me and my husband's compatibility, and even put in his information. Is it on the app, can I see his information and mine to learn more? No!
1 ★They will try to steal your money with a sneaky subscription. And the app just isn't worth it! I ordered a report and on my billing I saw it was going to be reoccurring so I canceled my subscription and was still billed. I have screenshots and receipts. I canceled with in the eight days listed on the terms of service and they are still giving me a hard time about giving me a refund! Misleading, swindling, and unethical behavior! Very disappointing!
1 ★It asks for your email but it will not allow you to install the app without checking the box that says it is okay to receive promotional ads in your email. That part should be optional. I downloaded it anyways only to find it is extremely difficult to navigate with all the very long ads! The only way to get out of the ads is with a paid subscription. I understand that you all need to make money but give us a chance to see your product! I immediately lost interest and uninstalled.
2 ★Great idea, but there is plenty of free apps that provide the same and even better information for free. Ture, this app is a little better organized, but I think the cost for weekly, monthly, and yearly subscription is ridiculously high for the information provided. If you don't want to pay, you have to watch videos to unlock everything!
1 ★A COMPLETE SCAM DON'T DOWNLOAD! I bought a package from them and was suppossed to get the unlimited part of the app with it. NEVER got what I paid for! Then they charged my account 3 more times for the unlimited version that I didn't even have access to!!! I reached out to customer service and no help there! Just told me that they cancelled all future payments and I wouldn't be charged anymore, well I shouldn't have been charged in the first place but good luck getting a refund!!!
1 ★*UPDATE* Still being charged,even though they said my subscription would be cancelled for 2 months in a row. They reply to every bad review but don't actually do anything. I'm cancelling my credit card. I should have read the reviews. I cancelled my subscription and was still charged. I sent an email to support, they replied immediately telling me how to cancel even though I had already done exactly that. Thinking I'm probably going to have to cancel my card.
5 ★I love how in depth the profile is. I can view all the little parts of my chart that I never memorized and read more about what those mean in their placements. It gives a bit more than a basic horoscope and it is applicable to each chart. I absolutely love the "add a friend's horoscope" feature but I wish I could add my kids. Unfortunately I can't because it says those ages are too young to view. Still, this is by far the best app/horoscope program I've found - and I could honestly go on.
1 ★This app charged my account without my authorization. I can't cancel the subscription because it doesn't show in my Google play store since I never authorize a subscription. Every time I open the app it will ask me if I want to upgrade to a subscription, further proof that I do not have a subscription. Yet they have charged my bank account $60. I've sent two emails with no response. Beware!
