Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★It says I'm able to connect my Galaxy Watch, samsung health and Google Fit, but I have no options or ability to do so in the app.
2 ★Takes ENTIRELY too long to get to a complete Dashboard view; I stare at multiple blue 'loading' circles spinning around waiting to load. But after a minute or so, it times out and the screen goes black. Once I am able to turn in back on, input (and save) my health information, the blue spinning icons continue spinning until the screen times out and turns black again. Reopening the app shows "No Data for Today." This is ridiculous.
3 ★Overall, it is a good concept for an app to electronically upload health data for the care team to access. This app is a bit BIT choppy when it comes to accessing information from other apps from popular devices (Garmin Connect, Google/FitBit, Samsung...), and Bluetooth connectivity. I would suggest that the next update of this app have more access to other platforms such as Weight Watchers and other "non-popular" Bluetooth devices like Conair weight scales (including Weight Watchers brand)
2 ★The app works when it wants to work. Seems I always have to re-sync the device each time I try to use it. Half the time it doesn't receive the reading. And to top it off I have to go through the hassle of logging in daily to the app and ID me. I miss the old BP machine this new set up is too glitchy and wants to many steps.
1 ★Takes forever to update. A week ago it errors every category and now doesn't allow sign in
1 ★Doesn't work with Samsung Galaxy watch 5
1 ★I can't get the SMHD app to connect with A&D BP monitor. Have uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone and the BP monitor, and re-installed the app. Still the same issue. The A&D app for the monitor worked well, but I removed from my phone thinking it may be interfering with the SMHD app. Nope, the issue continues.
1 ★Several issues re: usability. 1) doesn't allow auto fill for login 2) doesn't stay logged in between uses 3) doesn't connect to Google Fit. 4) isn't compatible with Google's Health Connect
1 ★Using samsung s24 ultra, app is in a login loop. Goes through login page, password, verification, then back to login. This is regardless of id.me or myhealthevet. I have un-installed and reinstalled x4. Update: I tried calling the 5947 number and everyone I spoke with had no clue about this app and they were in every other department. I have tried to contact with no avail on several occasions. I even put in a support help ticket.
1 ★Can't login using the VA's new have to use ID.Me and other services. Don't bother installing. App is broken
