Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★Update: Thank you for responding and fixing this release. This latest update works great now. I'm raising my previous review of 1 star to 4 stars (always leaving room for improvement). No complaints. Awesome. Very pleased now. Previous review: Latest release does not work for blood pressure. Stops mid-way through th BP test and won't give any eading. Previous release worked fine. Not any more. Terrible.
5 ★Love the interface and ease of connection. I am a developer and was looking for BT devices to use for my own app when I came across iHealth app , the device and app are very well done , congratulations to the team. My only concern is that I believe the app continues to run in background , it will probably get flagged for resource consumption and people will kill the app. We opted for BT connection / pairing only when the app is open for that reason in our app.
3 ★I love your products, but app has some serious functionality issues. Whenever I want to exit the app, I close it but always it get stuck and I have to press force stop to really exit it and not draining my battery. After today update (8th August 2020) is behaving the same. I run this app on one plus 7, android 10 with last updates done today. My husband is using the ihealth app on a oneplus 6 smart phone and is having the very same issues with it. Please try fix it and it will be a 5 star app!
3 ★I just have the blood pressure monitor and it works fine and all, but the one thing I wish is that it synced that data with Google Fit. It seems to sync my heart rate, but it won't sync my blood pressure results. Kind of half a**ed if you ask me. Why aren't there any Partner Services, it's just empty when I go there. Kind of lacking in features/support. I may have to try going with Withings instead it seems to have more integration options. If you don't care about the integration with other services, this should suffice.
3 ★I have a c9e993. That's why i need this app. I have seen it taking updates which require more and more permissions. However the core reason-viewing the health data portion is not updated/enhanced. The company needs more data on customers but is not ready to give better services. The weekly graph can't be zoomed. The potrait mode and landscape mode automatically zoom to fixed levels. Pl give more functionality.
1 ★I bought the Bluetooth iHealth Feel and it's a complete waste of money to an android user, even though it says it can connect to my OS. I've tried connecting it to my phone and tablet with no success. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY... Couldn't begin to tell you about your app since I got nowhere with it other than it wouldn't shut down after closing the app so major battery consumer. Seems after reading the reviews this company doesn't care about its customers. Do not buy a product that needs this app.
1 ★Using a Galaxy s4 mini with version 4.4.2. App connects with the Ease blood pressure monitor. As soon as I press start I get a message saying measurement has been stopped. Bluetooth connection drops but immediately reconnects. Pressing start button gets the same results. I am on my second monitor, so i suspect something in the software. I do not think i can update android software on this phone.
3 ★The monitor works as far as taking my blood pressure but the app doesn't turn off after use. I have to force stop the app after each use.
4 ★Working good for me so far! I recieved my iHealth Ease Blood Pressure device yesterday. I was worried I would have problems with this corresponding app after reading so many bad reviews. I did have one glitch with initial pairing with my Samsung Galaxy S10+, but after I turned off Bluetooth on my phone, then turned it back on, it paired with the blood pressure device. I have had no problems connecting again. I have taken several BP readings. Will update in future after using it longer.
1 ★App crash, on my samsung, impossible to open it, so my 125$ device is now useless, I wrote to them, they didn't care to answer back. Avoid there product at all cost. App. work on my iPad, but hard to connect with the Bluetooth, it search for ever, need to reboot and restart many times before it can work. Ironically it make my blood pressure raise in frustration
3 ★I think the app does a good job of tracking the records given from the iHealth devices you own. That's a 3 out of 3 stars. The 0 out of 2 stars come from not being able to connect to MyFitnessPal... I started using this app on 4/21/2018. Back then the "Partner Services" menu listed MyFitnessPal and other "Connected Services" as "The service is coming soon!" But it still says that two years later, and I'm bummed they haven't updated the app.
2 ★App works smooth and is easy to use. However it needs way too much information and access. Cloud storage should IMHO be optional as well as location services. Btw I granted only location access when running (why it needs location access when connecting to a Bluetooth device is a mystery for me). But it seems to keep running in background when closed. So need to force close it. I truly hope I overlooked the option to only store data locally w/o account and location harvest stuff.
