1 ★How do I use this app with my mini? The old app has been discontinued yet this one won't let me login. What's the issue?

1 ★The app won't register my 66 plate F54. Totally useless. And the same goes for the older version.

2 ★The new version is much better than the previous version. There is a huge bug that makes the charging history useless. Quite simply what happens is that usually I charge my car in my underground parking. Underground there is no network signal. This results in none of those chargings appearing in the app. As such it is of no use. Surely the car can sync it's charging data once it gets network? ... The feedback from the developer is that this is expected behaviour. In my opinion that is very poor.
1 ★" TECHNOLOGY IN ACTION ?" Totally pointless and unusable! - unfortunately my vehicle isn't supported- message ( 19 plate Cooper) " and the old app version is not supported! Completely useless as I cannot use Any of the features in the car as advertised in the TV advert or displayed in the car! Annoyed and disappointed is an understatement.
1 ★Update since my first review a year ago. I had un-installed it until recently but decided to try it again.The Android version of this app has been updated a few times recently. Unfortunately , it still does next to nothing stating that my car in incampatible for most of the functions. How a two year old Cooper S with the JCW pack can be incompatible is really rubbish. My car all the latest software updates from Mini installed. All it does is enable me to select a retailer to Schedule a service, what the model and VIN number of my car is and a nice picture of my car which I can do on the Mini website. None of the functions in the Mini promotional video work like finding where your car is parked or remote locking. This pretty much useless and very dissapointing. Does not really do anything useful. Tells when the vehicle next needs a service the same as the centre screen in the car does and if any other servicing is needed. Does not lock and unlock vehicle remotely or tell you what your fuel range is. Cannot start the vehicle remotely either. Not really any better than the previous app ( Mini connected) was . Not worth keeping installed unfortunately. The Mini promotional videos make Mini connected sound really impressive but sadly it really is not.
3 ★The visual interface is good, can you please show again as a minimum the km's travelled per charge. The graphical statistical data you showed before was interesting and would like to see it again. Will it be possible to get a monthly summary of km's travel and kWh charged. Thanks

1 ★Disappointed, bought my first car a 2015 plate Mini One D and was excited to be able to use mini connected however I've recently found out that's stopped compatibility with cars older than 2018. Really hope they reintroduce an app or a feature that helps older models make use of the app.
1 ★You can have 2 cars on 1 account but not 1 car on 2 accounts. My wife and I use the car, now only one of us can see the charge level or activate preheating. This shows how conservative and car centered Mini's world view still is, despite their best efforts to make us think otherwise.
