Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★The app seems to just be a wrapper for the webpage at this stage. The widgets are a good start, but their implementation lacks a lot of ease-of-use: they don't seem to sync in the background (have to open the app to force a refresh of them), and using multiple widgets (a pretty core function of a to do list widget) is quite broken: changing selected list for ANY widget will only modify the LAST widget created. Still, it's better than relying on Microsoft, so I'm hoping improvements continue 🤞
2 ★How hard is it to copy an app that was near perfect but no longer exists?? The blue print is there... copy it and you will have tons of 5 star reviews. At the very least, duplicate it... at the most, improve it! This app is laggy and dowsnt instantly load items or complete tasks... this is not common in apps. There is no star shortcut on each line item either.
4 ★Beautiful and promising replacement for Wunderlist. The features are outstanding and rich. But 2 problems: 1: slower and clunky than Orgzly, workflowy, simplenote. Airplane mode seems to move faster. Maybe delay sync 1-2 sec? Seems background image slows loading. Maybe a "low resources" theme? 2: Buggy widget. 2a: multiple widgets load same lists (and also freeze when edited). 2b: Loads the WHOLE app to add an item. (Literally defeats the purpose??) EDIT: Dev responded within hours, +1*.
4 ★good app, however for the past few days i became unable to access anything in the app (lists wouldnt load, options to create anything were completely gone). tried force stop, restarting my phone, etc; nothing worked until i uninstalled & reinstalled -- bit of an inconvenience though when you need it in a snap. other than that, positive experience, nice UI, they do have a button in the app which leads to their support page (which i did not end up using, since the reinstall solved the problem)
1 ★As a former Wunderlist user who wasn't happy with Microsoft ToDo I came to this app hoping it would be better. It is NOT. First its really sluggish, you literally watch animations/transitions load. It also lacks basic features (e.g. can't change date format?!). I am going back to Microsoft ToDo which isn't Wunderlist but much smoother than this app.
5 ★Best app I've found to replace Wunderlist. Microsoft removed features that were crucial to me (ex. manually sort items in 'Important' folder). The only thing I find annoying in this app is having to swipe to see the star instead of always having it visible ([de]activate with a single click). Apart from that, it fulfill my every needs.
3 ★I absolutely love the service provided by ZenKit and appreciate everything they've done for previous users like myself of Wunderlist. The desktop app version of ToDo works perfect 99% of the time. However sadly, the Android app needs more work done and has a lot of issues. One being it often fails to loads and says 'Something went wrong - Unknown error description'. If it wasn't for the Android issues, I would give their service 5*.
4 ★UPDATE: Archiving works! Thanks for the help! Seems like a good Wunderlist replacement but you are only allowed 2400 tasks and 512MB file storage in the free edition. This seems like a lot but this includes completed tasks and files attached to completed tasks. I imported my lists from Wunderlist and immediately exceeded the subscription because of all my completed tasks on my grocery list. The only way I can see to fix this is to manually delete 7400 completed tasks one by one.
5 ★Zenkit is great. There are two versions of Zenkit - Zenkit Base and Zenkit To Do - and they can be set up to sychronise. Personally I am still finding my way around both of them, but both are useful and so far I am pretty impressed. I have looked for several years to find a decent task management system that has user definable fields and multiple ways of viewing the same data. (e.g. KanBan, mindmap, unlimited hierarchy/outlline). As such Zenkit is extremely powerful and adaptable, so much so that almost inevitably it isn't immediately obvious how best to set things up! It's also a shame that they don't yet seem to have a forum for users. The paid-for version of Zenkit also has the ability to configure colour [although this is still slightly basic] plus a Gantt chart view Bravo Zenkit.
2 ★After using it since day 1 I unfortunately had to go back to my previous app. Lot of potential but right now feels more like a beta than ready for primetime. I've had repeat tasks disappear. Time reminders on repeat tasks do not repeat. Opening the app and syncing are excruciatingly slow. Limitations in sorting lists in today view as well as within each list. Tasks that I had actually deleted reappeared. Just to name a few. May be ok for minor home todos but definitely not for work.
3 ★I moved over to Zenkit To Do from Wunderlist and was pleased to see a similar easy to use interface. There are a couple of improvements I would love to see that would bring it up to the same standard as Wunderlist : the ability to star items on the list rather than having to go into the specific item ; the ability to sort the list by starred items ; the ability to select multiple items on the list to delete them in one go rather than go into each item individually.
3 ★I found this app looking for decent Wunderlist replacement. At first I was very happy with it - the layout, functionalities and so on. It's pretty and seemed to have everything I needed and maybe even more. But alas! When I invited my husband to share lists it turned out that he can't see them but not edit them in any way, not in the free version! We use the app mainly for shopping lists and home to do's and I'm not gonna pay $4 a month for that basic functionality. It's a NO from me.
