Plan Your Visit & Build Your Itinerary
Browse the schedule of events and create your own personal day-by-day, hour-by-hour itinerary so that you don’t miss the events, activities, exhibitors, and food venues you want to see the most. New for this year, you can view events by event date to easily plan your day. If you are logged in as a registered EAA member or guest, you can also build your itinerary on the EAA website from a desktop computer and later view or adjust your itinerary from your mobile device.
Interactive Map & Improved Functionality
The interactive map will give you a better look at the EAA grounds the week of AirVenture. “Favorite” any location on the map to make it easy to get exactly where you’re going. As icons appear on the map, you can click on them for more details and directions. Improvements to map functionality include being able to maximize, minimize, or hide maps for specific events so you can see what’s most important to you when looking at event info.
Getting Around
Tram and bus route information will be easier to find via our main menu and our Getting Around home screen option. Routes will be color-coded and show near real-time information for each bus pick-up location. The Getting Around section of the app provides information for arriving by aircraft or automobile and parking information to make your arrival easier.
Pin Your Location & Meeting Points
Whether it’s a parking spot, campsite, or your favorite shade tree, be sure to save it for later! Open the Map and Search section, click on the plus icon, and tap a pin of your choice to automatically drop it in your current location. Reference it anytime in the Map and Search section of the app. Through our application quick links at the bottom of every screen, you can also specify a pinned map location Meeting Point with fellow attendees then share it with them so you can find each other easily.
Notifications
Receive in-app notifications regarding activities, weather, and important schedule changes from the app home screen or main navigation menu. You’ll find the most up-to-date news and information available about AirVenture Oshkosh in the app, including safety and COVID-19 precautions, and can even have your mobile device notify you when notifications are published in the app.
Navigation Improvements & Search
Expanded main navigation menu items will help you more easily find events, venues, and transportation options quickly. New search functionality lets you search for AirVenture attractions by keyword. You can also easily access your Favorites from every screen of the app.

2 ★This app is a great idea...unfortunately since it crashes every 2 minutesit is mostly useless.

4 ★The app has been running fine. The only problem I've had is that it keeps using a lot of battery. It would be great if when you opened a, schedule it would automatically go to the current date and time. It would also be great if it could be connected to the web schedule
1 ★This is very disappointing. These apps are very common at conferences these days and are normally very helpful. I cannot imagine what these folks were thinking. This app is strictly stand alone. All data is local to the device on which it is installed. It is not integrated with the planner on the EAA website. If you set up your schedule on the EAA website and want it in your device(s), then you must reenter it in each device.
1 ★One crash after another. After last year you'd think EAA would work a little harder, but no.....
1 ★I was never able to get this year's app to work on my phone (LG Ultimate 2 running Android 4.4.2). It would always crash when I selected a forum, exhibitor, or anything else. The most recent update doesn't get past the opening screen - that "wait" graphic just spins forever. It doesn't matter whether I had locations services on or off, or whether I installed it on the SD card or the phone, this app kept crashing. This is the first year that I have had a problem with the app - I've had no problems with the three previous versions.
2 ★Terrible app. Search is lame (searching for "battery" doesn't find "Batteries America." Searching for "3DRC" yields no results. Searching for "Stan Lee" yields no results.) Exhibitors don't have their URLs listed. If I were a vendor I'd be upset about this. There's no map -- an aerial photo is not a map! Every pilot knows this; why don't you?
4 ★For people with android phones were app keeps crashing you must turn on location in phone settings to get the app to work.
2 ★Crash. Crash. CRASH. Totally unusable. It worked last week, but now that I'm at the conference it just crashes. Also, it doesn't download my schedule from the website. They are totally independant. Yuck!
