1 ★This is garbage. Install, uninstall, install, uninstall, nothing. Absolutely no controls. Settings won't open up at all. Worked for 5 sec and then on screen controls disappeared. Unistalled, reinstalled, nothing. Garbage. Returning!

1 ★Add ability to connect with already added robot instead of pairing new one through the tutorial! App is useless otherwise.

2 ★Every time the app updates I loose my registered bot

2 ★No longer connects to network after last update. Was fine before.

3 ★Would be better if you could use mobile data to connect or recieve motion detection alerts & use it as a security guard.

5 ★All good! It would be better if it has a privacy mode, so that it will be auto face to home position on dock when disable, and enable it will go back to previous position 👍 working well together with my other security cams

5 ★We use 3 link's for over a year i've had 0 problems with the app or the bots. I also have 3 riley's which again not one hicup in any of them. Dont quite understand the complaints we use them multiple times daily battery life is around 2 hrs. If you keep the light off , lights on 1.5 hrs never had any trouble in any way with any of the models We also have apps across multiple device types iphone's/ipad's /2 nexus tab/3 diff galaxy phones with no app issues great products and ui is fine.

3 ★Can be fun. Generally well laid out, not convinced the security of the password protection as the autofill ability of both my phone and tablet presents the password when partially typed. Would prefer if the app scanned local wifi for the robot as currently it resets the whole thing if you want to add it to more than one device. Would be great if the motion sensor gave the ability to email snapshot. Rather than just flag there has been movement to the app.

1 ★Hi, I need to format my smartphone. I m 7000 km far from the robots, how can I back up the app before restoring the phone? Titanium back doesn't work (I don't see my robots when the app is restored)
