3 ★App work for reading but having trouble with logging I can record and open my own recordings but they don't seem to attach to reports or emails. Using a Samsung phone Not something I expected to come out of fluke. Has all the right ideas but is missing many simple functions in the app. Would love to see this working when its 100%
1 ★paid several hundred for a meter to connect with my phone. But with this app I see I wasted my money. Tried to create a new account, they said my email already has a account, so I did the reset password otion and got a message that a reset was sent. Nothing happened. No email was sent. Thanks for nothing, fluke.
4 ★(my analyzer was not compatible with the app, the app should have a list to easily check it, thanks, I got a fast response, thanks guys)I was not able to stablish a connection with Fluke BT521, I turned the F button on and the icon appeared on the device screen but the Network that should appear in the wifi list of the phone never popped up, I tried with samsung and huawei devices.
1 ★Having a password and email is stupid as f___ I just want to use the tool, everytime you add a device you have to change them all because you cant remember your log in info, very frustrating, I guess thats why there is compitition, been using fluke for 25 years but your making it hard to replace tools with your name on it...... Come on
2 ★App does not work well in weak mobile signal areas (constantly syncing) which means it's too slow to use. Comments given to some measurement's are not being recorded again the measurement when checked in the Analyse Data section of Assets. Reverting to paper reports currently due to these issues.
1 ★Sony D5503 android 5.1.1 Used to function...now simply crashes immediately on start up...... yes, ...I have..... ..rebooted.. ..reloaded.. ...deleted app.... .... re-installed app..... ....now do I need to stand on one leg and chant to the northern gods to get this work? 1 ★Absolutely garbage, nothing works and will not connect with my devices. I contacted tech support and all they keep telling me is that it should work? The connect feature is worse than gimmicky. I should have bought another temp meter from another manufacturer for half the price. No more garbage
1 ★I have a Fluke 376FC. This App does not recognize the meter. The meter instructions indicate the meter is Bluetooth but this application seems to be WiFi only. Instructions are poor at best so trouble shooting is a waste of my time. I'd give it a zero if that was possible
4 ★I mainly use this for battery discharge testing to measure Adc and Vdc with two meters. It would be nice if it were possible to combine the two meters into one graph within the app. Other than that, this has been a really useful feature!
1 ★Dislike how it forces you to have the latest version. If you're out in the field and cannot download the latest version, why have this stupid app? Next, why does it require GPS to be on? Im using a fluke 376FC...and GPS is needed why?
2 ★IS2 file when transferred to PC has different naming convention and Smartview cannot open it. UPDATE: With the desktop Fluke Connect, I can wirelessly download the IS2 files properly. But the interface is not intuitive, I have to download from the email button.
1 ★The app is very buggy. I have set up two team members with asset licences each team member can not see each others measurements only see their own not other team members measurements on a asset. Which i'm pretty sure is the whole point of the fluke asset app.
