The Rx Refill mobile application (app) allows you to request refills of your refillable VA-issued prescriptions, track VA prescription deliveries, view VA prescription history and access additional medication information on My HealtheVet from the convenience of your mobile device. The app works in conjunction with the Rx Refill feature within My HealtheVet, and refill requests submitted through the app or the My HealtheVet website are trackable using the app's Track Delivery feature.

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Surprise, Surprise, it worked on my 5 yr old Android phone, although I will say I haven't had much trouble with other VA apps..I'm the Vets wife and know he wouldn't be able to order here, but at least with his med info in one place, if I weren't available, someone else could easily order for him! Thanks VA people!
5 ★A little rough getting the app installed and up and running. You need to know what type of VA account you have before you install the app. It'll make the install less rough. I love the app. It looks just like the website so you don't have to relearn a new system. Overall it's a great app.
5 ★Easy to use, just like Myhealthevet. Logged in refilled took about a minute and a half with setup.
4 ★Had minor delay getting past authentication. Once that was completed went smooth from there. Meds list was incomplete compared to ehealth website (only listed about half of them). Hopefully that will also get corrected soon. Appears to be easier to use than website.
1 ★Worthless. There's no point in having an app if you are redirected through the app to a website and have to enter your login info each time AND wait for a text to your phone to log in. At least Google chrome saves and automatically enters my PW and login info for me, but that's impossible with this app. Saving VA.gov as fav on chrome is actually faster. This is a waste of tax dollars at its finest.
1 ★Totally useless. App freezes and NEVER submits refill requests. You're better off calling or using the website. I have an Android phone, just had to get my login from the website, not hard, but app just freezes when you submit for a refill. Decent cell coverage (3 out of 5 bars) on Verizon.
5 ★I'm in love with this. Didn't know it existed. Downloaded it then signed in and within minutes my prescription was ordered. This is way more simple than going through the site. Awesome improvement to VA.
4 ★It is an efficient and quick way to fill active prescriptions with the VA pharmacy. It would be better if there were more ways to pull up older prescriptions to get them refilled but hopefully that will come. Especially, ones from other states!
1 ★I think the va is so far behind the rest of the world, it is silly, my doctor appointment today was a joke. It was recorded for my children and family to show the level of fear mongering and disrespect shown to vets. The doctor didn't even know what year it is, and giving me advice. Par for the course we are on. We might be slow but not that slow. Good luck . Good night. F off!!!!
2 ★Some of my medications are on a 28 day schedule. We have always been told to order it 10 days in advance. I ordered mine. SOME NOT SO BRIGHT person just sent me some BS about 30 days and HELD UP UP MY 28 DAY REFILLS AGAIN. I checked today TO FIND THEY HAD NOT BEEN FILLED LET ALONE SHIPPED. They did this BS LAST MONTH. I had to make 4 days last A WEEK. YOUR JOB is more than putting pills in a bottle. TRY READING THE REST OF THE INFORMATION B4 EWE PASS JUDGMENT ON OTHERS ABOUT EARLY REFILLS.
1 ★Only has 3/4th of my meds listed and when selecting refill meds it locks up! In other words, IT DOSENT WORK! And I don't want an app for EVERY "F"ing thing I correspond with the VA. 1 app for meds. 1 app for messages 1 app for appointments 1 app to talk to God knows what else. PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS!!! Thanks for letting me rant.😊 Good app, BUT IT DOSENT WORK!
1 ★I couldn't get past the authentication. I tried to use myHeathyVet multiple times and it was down, and ID.me also wouldn't work. This is only useful if it is faster than logging into the website. I like the concept though.
