1 ★I bought 2 x Wanscam HD Ip cams. It recommended I download this app to set them up. What a waste of time instructions don't match the screen and it simply doesn't connect. All my old wifi ip cams are setup in minutes but this is just poorly written Chinese rubbish

2 ★The problem is the length of the password, which is limited to12 symbols. In addition it doesn't accept special characters, which is disadvantage. Because of the first problem I need to change the password in all the devices in my home network, and it is not nice. Looks to me that just before the last update, the length wasn't a problem.

1 ★Wow. What a piece of junk. Fix it. Fix it now or I am returning the stupid cameras. What good are the cameras if the software doesn't work? So disappointed.

1 ★I can't use the XHA start configuration in ulefone paris android 6, I get e-view has stopped error so I can't setup wifi in my wifi only camera and can't use it. Older versions don't support my HW0036 XHA camera

2 ★I am using a Wanscam HW0041 camera. Pros: - Easy to use/install; - No need for advanced IT knowlege when setting up; Cons: - Audio is not working; - Microphone is working very badly; - Sometimes the application closes/does not respond for no reason;

3 ★To people having challenges in initial setup after trying for a week I performed a reset on the camera, even though it was out of the box. After pressing the reset button next to the SDCard slot with a pin and the camera announcing the reset was successful I was able to discover and install. Make sure the phone or tablet being used for setup and the camera are on the same 2.4 GHZ wireless network.

5 ★After the initial irritation of not getting it to connect I finally figured it out. After scanning the device name and entering the password admin five six times it didn't work but when I put my home network password it finally found the camera after I had reset it a couple times resetting maybe necessary when I heard it said connected I was shocked! I hope it connects to the camera when I'm not at home and I wish there was a motion record button

1 ★Every minutes viewing, it disconnected the camera by itself. Have to reconnect it again, sometime cannot reconnect again. Need to reboot phone. Poor programming.

2 ★Alarms do not work. Ui is terrible. Settings are terrible. Unintuitive design. Bad camera control. All in all a bad app that mostly does not work and needs a lot of work.
