5 ★Really awesome service, I've gotten a lot of stickers and shirts. I once got an sent to a previous address four states away and they sent a new one to my current address free of charge. Just wish there were Samsung Note phone cases
3 ★Be careful with what you order. I ordered a batch of stickers, one of them was the stickers kaneda from the movie Akira (my profile picture) has in his motorcycle. The design was flawed in the sense that the designer didn't space out the stickers enough so even though it's multiple stickers it came as one big sticker, making it useless as it's a huge clump instead of individual ones. The stickers are like 3 bucks so not even worth returning it, just a waste of time waiting for them to arrive.
5 ★Let me compare this app to something like "Wish". Okay? This app is absolutely NOTHING like it. All of the products they sell are quality stuff. Shipping is reliable, prices are fair (considering youre pretty much getting anything from stickers, notebooks, phone cases, shirts, canvas art... among a myriad of other products with whatever design that tickles your fancy is printed on jt). Doesn't hurt to just download it and browse around. You won't be disappointed. I promise.
2 ★2 stars because i really still love using red bubble and they have great deals. BUT, it won't let me log in on my Google pixel 5. I used to have an iphone x and it worked perfectly fine. Never had an issue. But then when i switched to android, it constantly logs me out and then doesn't let me back in. I've had to change my password to try to fix it. Still won't let me in. Please fix this.
1 ★Do NOT order from Redbubble. They DO NOT HEAT PRESS THEIR PRODUCTS. Plastisol inks used in t-shirt printing need to be heat pressed before they can be shipped, or else the ink will WASH OUT in the wash. This is exactly what happened with the products I ordered. They refunded me the price of the products, but they charged me $16 shipping me products that THEY DIDN'T FINISH, and I had to throw away after one use.
5 ★Thanks for fixing the app, now definitely worth 5 stars. Would be a 5 star, but the option "also available as" doesn't seem to be available! I love Redbubble, so I hope the developers would consider adding this option (unless it is tucked away somewhere I can't see, in which case that needs addressing too)
1 ★No customer service. App is dysfunctional - It keeps giving you a notification to install the app while you're using the app. Links from email take you to the wrong part of the site/app. Express delivery gets you nothing. Online people complain of constantly getting the wrong thing delivered.
2 ★App itself seems ok, but downloaded it for the 20% off discount which it seems doesn't actually exist? Downloaded the app, set up an account, went through the normal shopping process but no sign of discount. Tried several times and closed and reopened the app a few times but no discount kicked in, and it seems from a quick search that this is a common theme which makes me think the 'offer' is just a lie to get people to download the app... Which in reality just annoys people.
1 ★As many here said, th 20% coupon does not exist. Don't believe RB automatic answer. No coupon is available. and as i said, you download the app but there is no discount, not even when you follow the RB instructions mentioned earlier. * And the worst thing is that I did not get my order. The customer service is Shi*. The bot is useless and there is no options to write a simple email.
5 ★Lots of options for designs and products. If there's a fandom, band, etc that you like there's a likely chance that they've go it on here, plus the quality is pretty good especially considering the prices!!
1 ★The app doesnt work & hasnt for months, comes up with oh no error occurred retry. Please wait a few minutes & retry. Ive waited many minutes more than a few & still it doesnt work & it appears im not the only one. When will this be fixed? As at 11/5/21 still encountering the OH no error & STILL NO RESPONSE??? Knock knock........
1 ★My order never came. I was very excited to use this app because of all the cool stuff they have, but ended up being very disappointed and frustrated that it said my order was delivered and yet I had received nothing. I kept trying to go to the app and figure out how to make a complaint with no luck, since the app takes so long to actually load your order and they make it difficult to find where to solve this problem. Would not recommend or use again.
