1 ★(BUYER) Not user friendly to navigate. Search feature isn't good. Looking for a specific seller that is on webpage but unable to locate on app after 20 min of trying. Filters were useless. The Online Tutoring category is WAY too broad. Can't see # of search results so no idea how many listing to scroll through. No way to search by location. How far around the world are the sellers? I need a gardening tutor knowledgeable in my region. No way to find that. Also, is there scam protection?
1 ★Platform getting worse every day. There are lot of restrictions for seller. But the buyer have free hand. They can ban sellers account. They can send annoying request. They can get free of cost project by reaching out customer support and request order cancellation with no reason. Really need to change TOS. Freelancers are leaving this platform.
1 ★As a seller I had very bad experience with Fiverr. My order had been marked as complete. Instead of that my order had been forcefully cancelled. I complained about my issue but the Fiverr team gave one sided decision on other party's favour. The customer asked for another work within same price without placing new order. I also complained about this as well but the Fiverr team didn't notice.
4 ★So far this is the best system for finding creative designers. The two major flaws they have which I hope they improve on are, seller location information where if you seek someone from US for example, a lots of people say they are from USA, but 99% are lying to get your business. Second is that order related chat is mixed with regular chat and it is very confusing. The two should be split and the user interface logic recreated to only have one chat with seller during development.
1 ★This freelancing site is good for buyers. It is sometimes very difficult and painful for its sellers. It always supports its buyers. Sometimes, it happens a buyer is fraud and he/she gets a service from the seller with many revisions and after that he/she cancels the order with lies. But fiverr always supports the buyer. Ultimately, seller account suffers loss of revenue, loss of order completion rate, impact on the seller badge. I am very much disappointed with fiverr.
1 ★You can earn good money if you have skills. But!!!!! Buyers are there who are just scamming and just always cancel orders after seeing your ideas, especially in creative design field. They are those who are working on other platforms and just come here at fiverr to see the ideas for their project. Fiverr should protect sellers as it always listen buyers and protect them in any situation. Or Fiverr should be stand alone if they think they can't protect sellers.
3 ★My experience was bad, Its probably just me,the app seemed otherwise well managed and so I give a 3 star. probably its just me not knowing how to use it properly but I wasn't able to sell services, I wasn't able to post gigs i could do. I was only able to buy services which is the opposite of why I got the app for. (I thought I posted a gig,but it was a request and lots of people offered to work on it...I wanted to work and earn,not spend) So I am uninstalling.
1 ★On Android phones it has the notification problem. I tried to change 4 mobile phones just for notifications but still same issue. When the phone is locked it don't send me notification when i unlock it it sends the notifications. I will change my rating to 5 star when the issue will be resolved. 1 ★There are a lot of issues in fiverr: 1) Fiverr is taking 20 percent of the order from seller as well as from the buyer too, making a total of 40%. Huge amount of deduction. 2) The seller is not protected at any time like if you do the job and the buyer dislikes it even after 5 months, he can cancel the order even at the time of the delivery you have asked the buyer for modification. 3) A lot of glitches in the message panel like it is not real time updated, you have to manually refresh it.
5 ★Fiverr app was best in ui and user experience in past, almost 2 months ago. But now its really messed, the most important feature of notification tab is now gone. We can't track all the notifications on one page. Also push notifications are something also delayed, we get messages almost 10-20 mins after. I really wish you guys, please give us notification tab back. Thanks
2 ★They force you to keep all comms on their platform, which still needs a lot of work. The chat function is missing some quality of life things and tracking comments and deliveries separately is tough. They need to dedicate some time and resources to doing some customer Dev on that feature and making it better for user because it's the main portal people use to engage with the core service. The core service is great which is why I accepted the pain of the chat feature.
3 ★The Fiverr app is really convenient for buyer, but for sellers, it is not. I wish that there was an option to create and edit gigs, as well as editing profiles and skills. Overall, the app was good, just not for sellers.
