BS 7671 IET Wiring Regulations recommend an interim electrical visual inspection is carried out at least every 12 months for ALL rental properties.The interim electrical checklist details what to look for during the visual only electrical inspection, split into sections, once the task is completed you can select the item as passed (✓), failed (X) or N/A if not applicable.
