Use this app to stay connected and up-to-date on conference news, happenings, events and more.The Illinois Great Rivers Conference exists to form disciples of Jesus Christ by equipping its local churches for ministry and by providing a connection for ministry beyond the local church, all to the glory of God (The Book of Discipline, 2012).
The Illinois Great Rivers Conference is comprised of all or part of 87 counties in downstate Illinois. The annual conference is the basic unit of the connectional system and refers both to a yearly meeting of its members as well as the organizational structure that supports local congregations.
We are lay people and pastors, churches of all sizes, ministries and programs, all connected by the Holy Spirit into one body – the Illinois Great Rivers Conference – in order to live out our mission: to form disciples of Jesus Christ.
