1 ★Tests have a short life. Customer service tried to fix but sending another. But shipped to incorrect address.
5 ★Test Kit arrived in good order...no delays and undamaged. Easy sample taking and off to UPS. Tracking showed the package arrived next day. Results were professionally processed.
1 ★Avoid.... no follow-up from customer support after two emails 48hrs and counting. I received the box but after sending it off no response from LGC after a weeks paster. I followed up with their customer service and still have heard back after 48hrs

It's good that you can see what's going on with your health and can take tests that your GP wouldn't normally give you even if you requested them, then the down side is that this company only provide tests but not treatment prescriptions or medication, so this takes you back to your GP who will say that they don't recognise and don't work with this kind of stuff. So you know what you have or what's going on just can't get treatment. Happened to me.
