올앤지 도우미는 교원의 ALL&G 홈, 스토어, 앱, 멤버십, e-book 등의 서비스를 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 도와주는 프로그램 입니다.교원의 단말기 매니저를 설치할 수 있도록 도와줍니다.
2020년 1월부터 개인이 직접 디바이스를 초기화 하거나 서비스 A/S를 진행하는 경우, ALL&G 플랫폼이 자동으로 설치 되지 않습니다. (교원 태블릿PC 중 삼성 T-530, T-536에 한함)
이 경우 ALL&G 단말기 매니저를 설치할 수 있도록 도와주는 올앤지 도우미를 설치하시면 됩니다.
이 밖에, 자동으로 ALL&G 플랫폼이 설치되지 않는 분도 해당 서비스를 이용하시면 됩니다.
