Kuspuji Istiningdyah atau dikenal dengan Iis Sugianto (lahir di Jakarta, 17 November 1951; umur 64 tahun) adalah seorang penyanyi berkebangsaan Indonesia yang ngetop di era 1980-an.Iis yang berdarah Jawa ini pertama kali muncul di acara Kenalan Baru dari TVRI pada 12 April 1978. Awalnya Iis bukanlah penyanyi lagu-lagu melankolis seperti dikenal sekarang ini. 2 album awal di bawah bendera Jackson Records membuktikannya. Ditambah Fariz Rustam Munaf yang menggandeng dia untuk ikut di albumnya Selangkah ke Seberang menyanyikan 2 buah lagu. Sayang namanya tidak begitu dikenal. Baru setelah Rinto Harahap memolesnya untuk menyanyikan lagu-lagu karyanya, langsung melambunglah namanya. Dimulai album Jangan Sakiti Hatinya sampai ke album-album berikutnya. Iis Sugianto adalah trade mark penyanyi wanita untuk lagu-lagu manis pada tahun 1980-an.
