Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★I always activated my bus ticket but it didn't work
1 ★The only thing worse than this app is the telephone support associated with it. How a city of almost 2 million people can be forced to use an app that makes dialup internet look good is beyond me. Do better.
2 ★Purchased tickets expire after 7 days for some dumb reason. Also app forgets you at the most inconvenient times, forcing you to log in again while standing at the head of the bus
5 ★Works find not sure why there so many one star reviews
1 ★Broken
1 ★Because I moved and changed my address, it now no longer accepts any payment. it's ridiculous.
1 ★Has robbed me multiple times, and tickets expire? Scam
1 ★Need more assistance by your staff
1 ★Absolute robbery. Tickets not only expire, unlike physical tickets, but if activated less than 90 minutes from expiry, they are only valid for the time left on the ticket instead of the full 90 minutes. If the on site pay stations weren't all broken I wouldn't be using this at all. Complete scam.
1 ★Because of the work i do, i change phones often. This means i am unable to use the app because of login restrictions. Isn't it enough to have a password? I could understand if i was using multiple phones a day, or perhaps weekly. Every 1 to 2 months? Unacceptable. Please change this.
