1. 중소기업 취업자 소득세 감면이란?중소기업의 취업을 활성화 하고, 청년층과 노년층, 장애인과 경력단절 여성의 취업을 장려하기 위해 해당 대상자의 소득세를 감면해주는 제도입니다.
**임원(고용보험 가입과 관계없이), 최대주주 또는 최대출자자와 그 배우자 및 직계존비속, 일용근로자, 건강보험료(직장가입자) 납부이력이 없는 자는 제외됩니다.
2. 감면기간
소득세 감면 기간은 취업일로부터 3년간입니다.
(최초 취업일 이후 소득세 감면 혜택 받지 않은 공백기간도 3년에 포함됩니다.)
단, 만 34세 이하의 청년만 취업일로부터 5년간 감면 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다. (2018.5.29 개정)
3. 감면 대상
중소기업에 2012년 1월1일 이후 취업한 자
- 중소기업 기준 : 자산 5천억 미만이고, 중소기업규모 기준에 해당하는 경우
* 청년 : 2012년 1월 1일 (법이 시행된 시기)부터 2021년 12월 31일 (일몰예정시기) 사이에 취업한 사람으로 취업일로부터 5년간 적용
* 60세이상, 장애인 : 2014년 1월 1일 (법이 시행된 시기) 부터 2021년 12월 31일 (일몰예정시기) 사이에 취업한 사람으로 취업일부터 3년간 적용
* 경력단절여성 : 2017년 1월 1일(법이 시행된 시기)부터 2021년 12월 31일(일몰예정시기) 사이에 취업한 사람으로 취업일로부터 3년간 적용
위의 대상자 모두 2021년까지 입사하면 적용되는 것이고 이 일몰시기는 매년 개정하면서 연장되는것이 관례입니다.
입사일과 적용 기간만 신경쓰시면 됩니다.
