The same login credentials can be used for the app and web (www.mcdelivery.com.my) ordering. Please ensure to select your location before you place your order.

1 ★Please Track order needs to upgrade. Like other delivery services. So easy to track our order. And rate if I get the wrong order where I can complain. No barbecue sauce and I ask more chili sauce I didn't receive any of these items

1 ★Keep sending the wrong order twice. There are no complaint form in the apps. Try to contact the customer support many time, purposely didn't answer. Apps problem or staff problem?

1 ★Most stupidest app, can never receive activation code. My other friend cant change password even after tryint to reset it as the page just stays idle there. Waste of salary for the IT guys.

1 ★I ordered early yesterday at 2pm-ish to deliver my meal at 630pm, for my berbuka puasa. Recieved email for order confirmation later and I waited patiently but no calls were coming in. I tried to call hotline at 7pm but no one picked up, ok. THEN, a staff called me at 855pm(??!!) and said they cant deliver my order and i asked to postpone it tmrw at 11am BUT STILL I DIDNT GET MY MEAL UNTIL NOWWWWW!!!!!! Benci lah 😭

1 ★The most useless apps. I've tried so many time to login but it state that I've enter the wrong password. This is my fifth time tryin to reset my password.. unfortunately, i still cannot log into my account.
