1 ★Don't use this app. They are just cheating people. We have ordered 4-5 times. There is always some problem in order. They don't pick up their phone always. In our last order they gave rotten vegetables which we had to throw only. They are just unprofessional people who just want to cheat. We got frustrated after calling so many times and sending messages on their whatsapp number.

1 ★Worst kind of service.. I have been repeatedly calling them to deliver but no avail.. All they say is they will deliver but no. It's been more than 3 days.. Bunch of liers and cheaters.. I was lucky that I had opted for cod option, please don't don't order from this app..
1 ★I ordered fish from the app. They promised the delivery within 9 am and delivered me at 11:30. The fish delivered to me is not fresh and is frozen into such a state that it turned into small pieces when i tried to clean it. White water is coming out from the fish with small amount of foam. I dont know the reason why the fish is looking white. Freshtm ppease take care of these things. Do you find it good that a customer will be calling you several times to get the order delivered.
5 ★I appreciate the efforts put in by the Freshtm team during this difficult phase. The fact that they were willing to come and deliver even for 1 customer at 9 PM makes them great. The items delivered were all in good condition. Delays can occur due to lockdowns, route restrictions and multiple checkpoints. Yet they were extremely apologetic about the delay. Thanks Freshtm, keep up the good work!
1 ★no response after payment of order .No confirmation of my order after online payment .money has been deducted from my bank .customer care is also not sttending call.The website with visiter /customer ticket is not useful also ,nothing is showing.
5 ★A super store for online and offline groceries. They are providing free home delivery. The price are reasonable with time to time discount.
1 ★Cheating people. Delivering few items from the order after long follow up and then closing the order as delivered without complete delivery. Customer care not picking calls and WhatsApp messages. No indication on refund of the undelivered items. Cheating people Bhubaneswar. Avoid this app. Order No: #BBS22549. Today is 8th May 2020. STILL my missing items not delivered. No refund from freshtm. Bunch of cheaters. Be aware of these cheaters.
5 ★I take a bow to the entire team of Freshtm for providing extraordinary services during this lockdown period. While placing the order I was a bit sceptical, but I was amazed to receive the order on the respected date of delivery. Hats off to the Team of Staff who are out on delivery services for our safety, putting their own lives at risk. This is one of it's kind in Bhubaneswar.
