2 ★The app and service used to be moderately ok, they've "partnered" with Mr. Delivery to better serve the community ... the service has gone down, the usability of the app has gotten worse and when you call you get transferred to people that barely speak English that are associated with Mr. Delivery, can't contact Carryout Courier anymore.
1 ★used to be great. Since their partnership, they've gone drastically down hill. I placed an order and used a discount code from a previous error on their end. Carryout courier cancelled the order because the restaurant ended up being closed. I've received 3 confirmation emails since the cancellation thanking me for my order and I havent received the promo code back.
1 ★I have used Carryout Courier in the past happily until this last order. I placed an order and was charged $46.26 which was fine, But I noticed another charge of $57.83 as well. I called Cust Svc to find they now add another charge with an additional 25% to your total. I was told the $57.83 would be credited back to me within 5-7 days. The Mister Delivery partnership is obviously not a customer service enhancement. With no customers you have no business. I will never ever use this app again.
2 ★You guys honestly need to work on how long it takes for each resturant to get the food for you. I order from a place 10 mins down the road and it take an hour or longer. Super inconsiderate of your time and what you could be doing should take 30 mins or less. I used to enjoy this app but it's gotten worse over the past couple months.

3 ★The app works decently and the real time is okay. It would be cool if you could see how far the car is from your address. Also it shoes the route as a straight line and that isn't a real route. Something that they could change is the tipping. I should have to tip the driver before I receive my food. The driver was outside of the delivery window.
2 ★I'll just stick with the website. Why even have a pick up option if it isn't an option? It froze up so many times and wouldn't let me do anything on it.

1 ★This app was probably a 4 star from me until yesterday. When I ordered, mycard had a pending authorization for over $12 more than my bill. When Icontacted them, they notified me that they changed credit card processorsand bills get authorized for 25% over in case you want to add items orgratuity after placing your order (which gives you the option for gratuityand there's no function within the app for adding things after your orderis placed that I could find). They did correct my bill straight away, butthen copped an attitude when explaining about the over authorization bydesign. Will not be using anymore. Stick to grubhub and beyond menu.
