Description
Le Mini Mental State ou MMSE de Folstein 1975 est un instrument clinique, standardisé, d’évaluation des fonctions cognitives conçu pour un dépistage rapide des déficits cognitifs, notamment en gériatrie.En France, c’est le MMS qui est recommandé comme test de repérage par l’HAS (Diagnostic et prise en charge de la maladie d’Alzheimer et syndromes apparentés).
Il permet d’évaluer de façon globale les fonctions cognitives d’un patient. C’est la version consensuelle du MMSE établie par le GRECO qui est utilisée.
Ainsi, Dynseo, en collaboration avec le GRECO (Groupe de Réflexion sur les Evaluations Cognitives) a développé l’application mobile MMS ©GRECO, qui tout en restant fidèle au test original, automatise le procédé du test.

- De créer des fiches patients et faire passer le test au patient
- De consulter les résultats d'un patient dans son dossier E-Test
- L’affichage du graphique des résultats
- La consultation des fiches patients
