Banyak sekali aneka menu yang sangat cocok disajikan pada pagi hari, salah satunya bubur yang satu ini dengan bahan sebagai berikut :250 gr beras, cuci bersih
1000 mi air
750 gr ayam kampung
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
4 siung bawang putih, memarkan
Seruas jari jahe, memarkan
1 sdt garam (secukupnya)
5 btr telur ayam kampung
2 sdm minyak goreng
Pelengkap :
5 cakwe, siap pakai, iris halus
2 sdm daun bawang iris
1 sdm bawang goreng
2 sdm kecap asin (secukupnya)
Cara Membuat :
Rebus ayam dengan 1 liter air dan sedikit garam.Setelah matang, angkat lalu tiriskan. Lepaskan daging ayam dari tulang, potong berbentuk dadu atau disuwir-suwir, sisihkan.
Tumis bawang putih dan jahe dengan minyak panas sampai harum, masukkan beras, merica, aduk rata selama 3 menit, angkat dari api.
Masukkan tumisan beras ke dalam sisa air rebusan ayam (kaldu), masak hingga menjadi bubur.
Masukkan potongan daging ayam rebus, merica, dan garam.
Siapkan mangkok, pecahkan telur lalu letakkan dalam mangkok. Tuang bubur panas-panas di atas telur.Taburi irisan cakwe, daun bawang/tongcay, bawang goreng dan kecap asin kalau kurang asin.
Sajikan selagi panas.
