1 ★Unusable, not fit for purpose
1 ★Every time I open the app, it keeps wanting me to relog in my account, add provider ID, medical info, etc. This is not worth the hassle!
1 ★Disappointing, app crashed, can no longer use it for nutrition. Poor customer care, reported months ago with all information required and still not received reply. Was really enjoying the learning and meal plans, eating better and understanding my condition better. Prior to the issues that have occurred, would have been a 5* review.
1 ★Not impressed that you have to add personal information before finding this is a pay to use app! Uninstalled!!
1 ★Very buggy, will not let you log anything, will not import any data from fitbit even though it's meant to be connected and randomly deletes any stored info, oh and randomly logs you out. Update 15/6/24. Update has completely broken the app, go to log data and the app shuts down. Absolutely no point to this app.
2 ★I originally gave 5 stars as the App had everything I needed but after 2 weeks of daily use when I click on the food input link the app closes, I have re-installed app but no difference, reported the issue but no response This was offered to me by my GP but is not fit for purpose :-(

1 ★The app is not functioning at all, hangs on the loading page and just says there, tried reinstalling and does exactly the same
1 ★Moments after starting the the app you need need to create an account and then your shown a pay wall with a 7 day free trial, it doesn't give you anything free to trial unless you sign up to a plan first at £9.99 a month or £99 a year.
1 ★Error message says the app can't run on my Android phone.This fixed in the last update. So it runs now. Adding foods to the meal tracker is really dodgy - you can't reduce the portion sizes down to 0.25% It all seems geared around ready meals. It takes ages to add and it's not accurate - so a bit pointless. 'My Fitness Pal' is much better for this. It won't link to Google Fit either for steps, Google kicks it out. I'll try the sleep stuff - then I'll delete I think - not fit for purpose!
