5 ★App had a bug but was sorted quickly, thank you.
1 ★Had app for 5 seconds, uninstalled it. A year later they took 70 pounds for an auto renew. No way of complaining or cancelling the year of something im not even using. Scam. Thieves.
1 ★The meal planners are a nightmare. They give no idea of what size dish or packs you should be preparing in and in eating expensive ingredients due to not having the direct size dish to cook with. It's a shame as the recipes are good, just wasteful when you have the wrong pot or pie dish
5 ★App had stopped working but issues were resolved quickly, excellent service and excellent app.
1 ★Very difficult to stop the auto annual payments as a UK customer. Should be a simple unsubscribe 'one button' option. Emailed company - got zero response. If you d choose to use this app, do NOT set up auto renew. Very surprised & disappointed at the appalling customer service (or entire lack of any service in fact!). App itself is OK but there are better available (IMHO).
1 ★So unless you 'upgrade' for £70 a year the app is useless, just takes you back to login screen, no thanks
1 ★Because I'm not upgrading to premium it won't let me log in. Really not happy. I'd like to look at the app before I decide to subscribe but I can't.
