5 ★This is the best gym app. Workout recommendations are stellar, the UI is clean and easy to use, and the instructional videos are clear and concise with a real person and descriptive instructions. No watching a gif of a cartoon and then trying to figure out the mechanics of a new exercise. Reccomendation: it would be nice if there were single leg variants of machine exercises (like leg extension and leg press) for more accurate data tracking.
5 ★Great app. I just wish it would ask what our goal would be. Like what if we are trying to gain lean muscle and trying to trim down. I do not see an option to incorporate cardio in a generated plan. I'd like to see a more extensive process to help out together a plan based on fitness goals. Update: After a month of usage and talking to a team that cares about this product, I can see myself using this as my main workout app. The team will be focusing more on cardio options
5 ★Offers solid weight training programs in a convenient UX. I switched to AP after using its competitor's app, and I found AP more grounded and less randomized than the other app. It lacks a weight calculator, warm up sets, and the app tutorial is lacking - it took me 2 weeks to understand what the target symbol was; still, it's got a good UX and the LP programming is excellent. Edit: Update - The app now a includes warm up set tracker! I still enjoy the program a lot, and I bought an annual sub.
5 ★I've just started using the app and have been extremely impressed with its functionality, intuitiveness and variety of exercises particularly with the ability to filter based on specific criteria - fantastic job! It's a fantastic design - so much more than just another tracker especially with the video tutorials available for those who aren't familiar with them!
5 ★Exactly what I was looking for. A simple app to add exercise (in its database) and check them off as I get them done - (daily to once a week). It has my history of previous days exercising and a way to add new exercise ( not in its database). It has SETS, REPS, LBS, and NOTES. The notes can be repeated daily or / and something for that certain day which shows up in history. I use S10+ with no problem.
5 ★This app works really well. I couldn't figure out how to get the app to work correctly with RIR enabled. I contacted Benjamin and he was outstanding in his support. Once I was up and running it works perfectly. I really like the depth of this app. From a timer between sets to the detailed instructions and videos for each exercise its a great experience.
5 ★Started liking this app but unfortunately whenever I start it, it opens on half the screen only. Sent an email and they gave me a workaround for whenever that happens but it's been months since and they still haven't fixed it. Also would like to be able to see my current workout in a quick view in the drop down task bar. To be able to see how much rest time and reps/sets i have in my current workout. It's very near perfect otherwise.
5 ★Wow! This is a great app that has even exercises that you don't typically think of (single-leg side position leg press). Some exercises aren't in the available video list (single-leg/single-leg variations of exercises as well as variations done on a bosu ball) but you can add your own exercises and also add notes to each exercise. I love the options to easily superset and dropset. I love that it tracks how long your workout took, and you can see that you did a workout on their calendar screen.
5 ★LOVE this app! No ads, even in the free version. Functionality is great, even in the free version. I can build my own plans, customize them endlessly, select from a huge library of exercises and variations on them, complete with high quality demonstration videos and primary and auxiliary muscles targeted, and even add my own custom exercises to the library. Editing a plan is a cinch. Adding days is easy, days can be duplicated for faster editing, days and exercises can be rearranged seamlessly.
5 ★I made an account and built my entire workout routine. My phone was restarted, I lost access, tried to log back in, and now I can't access anymore. Edit #2 customer service was amazing and they managed to (kind of) solve my problem. I still cannot log in on a slow internet speed due to an underlying issue on the app (I think) but they were attentive of everything and even compensated due to the issue and just for that I will leave 5 stars.

I do hope that the developers maintain the consistency of this app as it is extremely functional. -Excellent customer service. -Would be excellent if there was the addition of a running/walking exercise as a form of cardio to add within my daily exercises. Otherwise it's a well designed app that does the job. And I'm thankful that the developers removed it's ads.
5 ★UPPED MY GAME! So glad I took a chance on this app! It's worth every single penny. Before I started using this app, I had been piecemealing my workouts together as best I could, but was really searching for something to guide me along--something that would help me GAIN and PROGRESS as I went. I love that this app created workouts for me (though I can swap/add/remove any movements as I see fit) that were pre-designated for upper body, lower body, full-body, etc., and got me using equipment I had been intimidated to try. The video clips showing how to execute the movements were really helpful, too. If you really want to level up, do yourself a favor and set the "periodization" toggle to ON. This will add sets gradually to each movement as you progress through the month. This was something I would have skipped and missed out on if I hadn't been using this app! Don't leave YOUR GAINS and YOUR PROGRESS on the table. Get after it! My husband and I now both use this app and have a friendly competition going with each other. We send each other our highlights and achievements after each workout. I LOVE seeing how many total pounds I lifted during a workout. Hello, motivation! FIVE STARS. DOWNLOAD NOW!
