2 ★The amount of content is not enough for the price asked. I love the concept of this app but it falls short. First, cable providers should not be involved at all. We stream in order to get away from cable companies. Also, there are not enough novelas. I feel that this app would be great if the whole catalogue of novelas(especially classics) was available to stream. I was hoping to find an app that would let me binge on all the novelas possible.
1 ★This app absolutely sucks! I also have it on Roku with my DirecTV account and it not only glitches all the time, doesn't mark the episodes you've already seen, but also has too many commercials-- which a lot of the time is the same commercial back to back and over and over with every break. If you happen to stop watching half the way through an episode you have to fast forward to the place where you left off and guess what... every time you stop to check you get a commercial again! Horrible app!
1 ★This is the worst app ever can't wait for my subscription to end. It freezes constantly and when I hit play again it takes me to a commercial every time and that can happen every 2-3 mimutes. So sick of the repetitive commercials! It's bad enough that I'm paying for an app with commercials but I see that more than the show. Would never recommend this app to anyone.
1 ★Simply, TERRIBLE. This so-called App does not work at all. Regardless if you're paying for the subscription or have a cable provider, you will being dealing with 15 plus commercials. Also, the app does not keep track of your last current viewing position, so be prepared to fast forward. After every ad, the app will freeze up and you will have to search for the show and start from the beginning unless you hit that bar search, and once you've found your last known view, guesa what, more ad's!!!
1 ★If I pay a subscription to univision I don't feel there should still be shows I do not have access to on the app because of my cable provider. It is not my fault that univision and dish cannot get it together and I am stuck in contract with dish. Until I noticed last night that I do not have access to the live soccer games. .. all of my frustration was with dish. .. now I don't know who is worse. .. univision or dish. Suggestion: I would be willing to pay 11 dollars a month for full access on the app... you know the amount univision wanted dish to charge each person with univision. Univision set the price.. or make options with full access to the app even if more expensive. Ridiculous
2 ★I use this app thru DirectTV to watch novelas as a way to pass time while on the go. As with most other raters, I hate the WAY too many commercials. Also, scrolling for episodes is cumbersome exacerbated by no tracking of episodes watched. Yet still I watch. Which explains the redundant complaints. Also of concern is Univision's identical responses; sorry contact us by e-mail. To Univision's credit, they personalize it with a name. Perhaps a FAQ option with resolutions would help.
1 ★very unstable app. it was better when Univision was running on sling app. It crashes a lot. You r watching a program and suddenly jumps to the next one. Forward or rewinding is a pain . UPDATED - 12/30/2019 After a year I am still having same problem. Nothing hasn't change. I only using it to watch the news but you can watch Telemundo news for free at YouTube. I am canceling, like I said it was better at sling app but Univision decide to charge them a lot more to them so they couldn't afford..
1 ★It was working fine then the last few weeks on Roku episodes started flickering in and out. I have also had the issue of watching NOVELA and they remove them and I'm halfway through. Do you guys not keep track on the audience? I pay for this and its frustrating that shows are removed. But older shows remain. **NOW on Roku it said if you had cable you need to download app. I don't have cable. I removed and then re-added channel and I'm locked out of shows on my list. ***Must fix!
1 ★This app is advertised as a tool to catch up on current shows if you have a cable subscription. This is NOT TRUE. I signed in with my cable account and it still makes me purchase a premium account in order to see previous episodes of shows that are currently airing. A digital capture card and a computer are the way that ill be watching from now on. It is ridiculous to have to pay for multiple streaming sites and having your shows taken down and locked behind YET another premium streaming service
1 ★The customer service is abysmal and if you go thru the google store they end up double charging your card and then when you try to communicate with them they tell you you have to contact google directly not their problem and that I have to send an e-mail to their support site and they take weeks to get back to you. It has been going on for 5 months now and nothing was ever done and to top it off even though I requested the subscription be cancelled they are now double charging February. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING. they should have ZERO stars available.

1 ★This app just kept on getting worse as time went on. First I had access to all content of Univision Now & TUDN, little by little the starter denying the access to soccer games from TUDN and asking for a TV provider log in and was not accepting Univision Now any longer. I used to have access to live TV from Univision, but it's been recently blocked. Come on, those channels are free off-the-air channels you can get for free with a $5 antenna hooked up to your TV. Why I'm I paying at this point?
