2 ★Good in Theory, Bad in Practice I use this app both as a client and as a barista (M3rchant app too). Since its inception, it has been buggy, constantly stops working, isn't user friendly, the stamping process interrupts my nar flow, and has a confusing interface. The confusing interface frustrates me the most bc I need to constantly explain to clients how the app works, bc the app itself does nothing to explain how it works. This is due in part to the constant updates, but more so to the fact that when updated, no tutorial on how to work the app is given to the user. This slows down the "stamp" process and interrupts my work flow as I am simultaneously making coffees and explaining how the app works What alsofrustrates me is that when a stamp is sent, it is not made clear to the client that the barista needs to physically approve it, meaning launching M3rchant, going to notifications, and then approving. This wouldn't bother me so much if I wasnt always asked if I got a client's stamp but it happens every time someone requests a stamp, which, again, interrupts my work flow as I am making drinks. If maybe in the request blurb a "please wait patiently for your stamp to be approved" could pop up or something along those lines would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, at my cafe we give a stamp per coffee bought, not per order. And since, with the new update only one stamp can be requested at a time, clients either need to wait for me to approve each individual request (slowing me down especially in a rush) or do not recieve their valid amount of stamps. PLEASE MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR CLIENTS TO SEND MORE THAN ONE REQUEST. I wish I could like this product more bc it is great for discovering new coffee shops but the stamping process and overall interface is confusing and not at all user friendly. It should be partially intuitive and an FAQ/ how to use the app should be made available for both new and old users. Sorry for the long rant but Ive been waiting a long time to give feedback and was hoping the new updates would fix these issues.

4 ★Great app for discovering cafes! Just wish it would be better with filters(I tried to put just one filter and would not find any cafe). It would also be nice if there was a distinction between cafes that are only cafes, and places that are primarily restaurants(like Lov, for example).

2 ★As a cafe hopper in Montreal, the concept of this app is great! However, it is a bit glitchy in that it takes a long time to open, and lags my phone. On the design side, it'd be great if we could filter cafes by category (e.g. late night work/meetings etc).

4 ★Great app, easy to use and beautiful design, but needs some more cities!! Please add Ottawa to the list!

5 ★Great features like being able to find a cafe with a beautiful terrace or a quiet vibe. A must for third wave coffee lovers.

5 ★This app is really awesome, I use it as a customer and coffee shop owner. I can now accept loyalty card from the app and my customer really like it. Thanks guys, keep the good work!

2 ★it's called third wave but it's not third wave as it includes 2nd wave aka italian but also places that you would never go for coffee like a pizza joint for example. if it was called cafés in MTL or coffee shops as a whole entity that englobes everything, yes great app. as something very distinct as third wave, kind of a laughingstock if any of the pioneers of third wave would look at. anyway, the good? they do get people interest in coffee. it's simply not for me or any coffee enthusiasts

2 ★looks promising. I don't find the app useful since it always displays coffee shops near my house, not near to where I am when consulting it. might try it again in the future if this issue gets fixed.
