3 ★Lunch time is generally ok but evening is 2/4 bad. Once it didn't arrive. Today it was a record. I got sms that the order arrived. I went to the 11th floor and it wasn't there. Chatted with support. They sent me to check again. Then they checked with the delivery person and he said it's in the 21st floor. After I was told by the people there that the person left with our order, the support person finally confirmed that the order wasn't delivered.
1 ★This is by far the worst problem solver of all apps. If you have any issue that needs to be solve in time, just have in mind that you won't. Their chat constantly lies about your number in line (it's always the same, just to keep you hooked), they never answer live, and they end the session claiming user inactivity (even if you are waiting for THEM and completely unable to act on anything). They really don't care about being disrespectful.
2 ★Its a mess, the pictures of the dishes are not of thw dishes, 2 different restaurants can use the same pictures, looks like they come from stockphoto, if you order pizza the same picture of the same size are shown for all sizes so 98% of the time you have no idea what you are really going to get, also because the description are all over the place. Also its not possible to pre register a adress so often the delivery man tries to deliver to my neighbour.
4 ★Easy to use, fast and responsive with excellent customer service! However, to not make this review too exciting, I do have to address the elephant in the room and is OUTDATED and MISCOMMUNICATED menus, not ALL restaurants understand what TenBis menu tells them in the ACTUAL order, So sometimes I got the wrong order and/or missing items. Companies - PLEASE Pay attention to what the customer writes in the NOTES that is left for YOU When I complained, there was nothing to be done. Just as an fyi.
1 ★terrible terrible app, terrible customer service platform, the translation in english is an absolute joke, there s no way to track your order, and you have to go through hell just to change your phone number. They have the means to make it a great app but they choose not too and frankly even the advantages of their free delivery offers don't make up for it anymore. I d rather pay 10 shekels more and order from the competition than to have to deal with this horribly unpractical app
1 ★Very bad user experience! I selected a delivery address, then wanted to reorder my usual salad so copies from recent orders, it's a shame you are not warning the user that the shipping address had changed! This caused me to spend almost an hour with support, who said it is my problem and this is where I ordered to(and again, I SELECTED a specific other address...), Waited for over 2 hours for my food, and ended up paying with credit card 60 nis cuz I just gave up.🙄
3 ★The app opens by default in search mode, looking for my address. Many times, it's not what I want (I need certain filters and anyways I prefer pickup/eating out)!!! I have to wait ages till it finishes loading before I can actually search for what I want. So basically, the feature that's supposed to"save me time" just gives me a headache and makes me want to use the app less. Just let me choose in the settings if I even need a default search, or if the search results should be empty at first.thx
1 ★10bis card was cancelled, yet no notification on the app which had my credit card, so new orders consequently charged only my credit card instead. It would have been nice to get notified that the 10bis was cancelled along with its allowance, but of course it's more profitable to the company to let you continue ordering unaware of this important change.
1 ★Many of the app features aren't working or buggy; customer support is only available by chat (!!) which is either unavailable or requires waiting in queue of 40+ people, when you do get lucky to chat with them the service provided is realy bad and even rude. 10bis has a lot to learn from its competitors.
1 ★A one start is already generous. I tried ordering from a restaurant that I know delivers to me and uses the ap thep and couldn't find it on the app on my phone. The customer service replied to my first email but had not helped in solving the problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn't help. Today the app isn't even opening.
5 ★great service by 10bis and the app interface is very comfortable and easy to use. 2 suggested improvements that would make it even better: 1. multi ordering parameters: to be able to both by delivery-cost and by restaurant's rating. 2. the support chat timeout is very short and found myself disconnected without pre-notification while waiting for the representative to check something on my behalf. keep it up!
2 ★Can't have history to repick same order again. Can't add to favorite or something like that restaurants thay I like. If restaurant temporarily doesn't work or deliver its shown only after you put an order and try to send it. Can't see what restaurant I ordered from in the past and what I order.
