5 ★It's a really great way to check out alcohol on the go. It's a handy spot to keep your rewards card stored so you don't need the physical card. Of course, always love being able to purchase alcohol online and pick it up later or get it delivered. The only thing I wish to see on the app is the option to check stock in nearby stores, like the website has, otherwise great app overall.
4 ★The app is easy to navigate and I like how it tells me how many items are in stock before I order. I received my order within 30 minutes which was great. I would gave given 5 stars but as mentioned in another review the option to change stores is not an option and I know there are at least another two stores in close proximity to my address. Cheers 🥂
1 ★Terrible app. First time I used it, the transaction failed twice due to a 'communications error' and I was advised to contact admin. But there are no admin contact details, even on Google. When I checked my account, the transactions had gone through. I'm currently liasing with my bank to have the transactions reversed. So bad, I'd give it zero stars if I could.
1 ★This app doesn't even work, you have the new cooler feature that won't even work, continue to get the whole "oops something went wrong" for the last ten minutes. Updated the app and had the same problem. Closed the app and reopened it. I was signed out? This is the worst put together woo I have ever used. You have a scan barcode feature that takes ten minutes to get the code scanned. Fix the app and fix the company. You should have stayed with the Woolworths group.
5 ★Back to being great again 👍🏻 Haven't been able to use the app for a couple of weeks due to 'Traffic Jam', this is very inconvenient. I have logged out and uninstalled and still nothing. Time Saver and Easy to Use. Fabulous app to make drinks ordering for collection and delivery so much easier. Reading reviews, product details and filters helps make purchasing decisions, it has great summer competitions and the specials are easy to navigate.
1 ★Constant issues and errors with the app. When I have won prizes with the cooler promotion(which is not one in three), store staff are not trained in how to process them. Out of three, I have been able to redeem one. So, yes, the one in three is right, but not for the reason advertised.
1 ★I feel that this app is misleading. It says there is a 1 in 3 chance to win prizes. After more than 30 attempts there have been 0 actual wins. It gives you offers to buy alcohol at reduced rates. Half the time you get a message that says 'no win...heres an offer' the other times you get a so called 'win' it says you have won some slightly cheaper alcohol... which is exactly what u get either way. My feelings are that the app is false and misleading. I think it should be removed
5 ★I think that despite, well, some of the negative reviews regarding some minor problems associated with this app that it overall is a very well designed, thoughtful & is really quite smoothly functional piece of programming, I had no problem finding the products I was looking for or ordering them & the good people @ BWS also provided some of the main product specs & surprisingly a little narrative & or history on each product of which I found quite interesting. A well thought out application.
1 ★Very poor. Used to work well... and I used it often. Recently I've been unable to find anything as I always get either a Traffic Jam or Something Went Wrong error message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still having the same problem. For those who I see are having the same issue, the Dan Murphy app works fine.

5 ★Only once have I had a problem with an order, a mix up was made with two similar products and I didn't realise until hours later, I phoned the number via the app and a replacement was organised on the spot. No fuss, no drama. Very helpful, local contact centre staff and fast delivery. Outstanding service, very happy. Thank you.
5 ★Easy to find what we wanted to order. Save our favourites. Order and collect from our nearest store. Items have always been ready upon collection and chilled if requested. An option on the app. 100 days of Summer promotion is fun to play too for discounted items and freebies. Add your rewards card to gain points. Highly recommend.
