スマホdeレグザはTVS REGZA㈱が提供するアプリケーションです。東芝のレコーダー（レグザブルーレイ・レグザタイムシフトマシン＊１）とスマートフォンを同一のルーターに接続してLAN環境を構築することで、スマートフォンをテレビのように使用したり、リモコン代わりに使用することができます。
レコーダー１台につき６台分のスマートフォンを登録できますので、家族みんなで使っていただくことができます。＊２
なお、機能によって課金を求めることはありませんので安心してご使用いいただけます。
スマホdeレグザを使用することで、レコーダーで受信できるテレビ放送を宅内外で楽しめるほか、録画したテレビ番組をテレビかスマートフォンのどちらで再生するのか、時短再生を含む再生コースもスマートフォンの画面から選択することができます。
テレビで再生中はスマートフォンの画面はリモコン画面になりますので、スキップ操作やテレビ音量調整ができます。スマートフォンに番組表を表示して番組予約なども可能です。また、テレビで再生していた番組の続きをスマートフォンで別の部屋で視聴したり、スマートフォンで視聴していた番組の続きをテレビで視聴することもできます。
外出するときはレコーダーの番組を配信することもできるほか、「番組を持ち出す」で番組を持ち出せば、快適かつ安定した視聴を楽しむことができます。
レグザタイムシフトマシンとの接続では番組によっては「字幕表示」もできますので外出先で音声を出さずに画面だけで番組を楽しむこともできます。＊３
さらに、人名リストや検索ワードから見たい番組を探したり、人気ランキングから番組予約することなどもできます。
