Description
TrentOrienta provides a unique and always updated access point to information concerning the City of Trento (e.g.: alerts, events, lost and found, videos and much more).The app allows users to navigate alerts by themes (e.g. youth, mobility, police, waste) information sources that feed the application (e.g. alerts and events published on the Municipality's website) or tags (e.g. education, parks and green areas) that are associated to the notifications.
Alerts can be visualized in different flavours: in a list, on a map, within a calendar. Users can search and filter alerts, as well as store preferred sources, themes, and individual alerts into the "favorites" section of the app.
Real time push notifications will also be soon implemented to allow users to stay informed about novelties concerning topics of interest.
The application has been developed within the European project "WeLive" (http://www.welive.eu) and also contains a questionnaire for the evaluation of the app.
