1 ★When it works, it works great. But that's about 1 out of every 100 login attempts. It continues to take me to the login, and after I e logged in it says "The page you are trying to access is no longer available" and takes me back to the login. I have to do this over and over, and close/reopen the app. EVENTUALLY it will work, and I let me log in. This inconsistency on a medical app is pretty unacceptable.
1 ★One of the most useless apps I've ever downloaded. Downloaded it yesterday to view my Covid-19 test results and it took about an hour to create an account (kept giving me an error). Now, it won't even take me to the login screen. 15 minutes I've waited and it never changes from the blue (Intermountain health) screen. I guess I'll just use the browser version from now on...
3 ★Got tested for covid. I thought the app would post a notification or something, but instead I had to dig for the results in a total deep dive into the app files to find it. Nothing in notifications or timeline ever showed up even though I was told that how I would be notified. Very frustrating.
1 ★It worked for about a week, and then it stopped functioning. Every time I open it, it asks me to sign in. I put my credentials in and it sits on the loading screen forget. It's not my internet before we even get to that conversation. Every single app on my phone works and I'm hitting 75 mbps. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application and nothing works. At least I can check all this on the website, otherwise I'd be pretty angry.
3 ★Overall it's a pretty good app... but it's a pain to try to send a message because about half way through writing a message it closes and looses everything I write. The only way I can write a message is write it outside of the app, and copy paste it in and hit send as fast as I can. Please fix this
1 ★12/23 Its really annoying and frustrating that they are getting rid of the coverage for my prescription medications AND the alternatives that are similar (like off brands) and that is why I have them 1 star. And their website can be difficult at times. And it does not show my family's coverage even though they are on the plan too. And other billing issues. Basically I'm thinking of looking elsewhere for coverage.
5 ★So easy to maneuver and learn. Quick responses from awesome providers. DEFINITELY SOOOO MUCH BETTER than the other apps for other providers available on the Wasatch Front. And I've attempted many.
3 ★Just downloaded the latest update. Have tried to add a new provider to care team 3 times. Each time the app stops and terminates. Mighy be related to latest fix deployed? It def has improved in the last year. Hats off to the devs team.
5 ★The imaging department was amazing. The staff at the check-in desk, the Rad student that took one of the x-rays and the CT staff were all very friendly and professional. they explained what they were doing and treated me well.
5 ★Intermountain health patient portal is actually pretty easy to use. I was surprised to see how far I can access my documents/records with them and it goes all the way back to when I was born. I am very pleased with this app and recommend it to other patients 😀
1 ★It's nearly 2024, why are you not able to do more stuff online? This app might as well just be a directory of phone numbers to call to take care of your business. You need to be able to send messages and make appointments on here. With all providers. As someone with ADHD I need the paper trail. I'll be switching insurance companies. It won't even let me open my doctor's messages to me.
3 ★The doctor was amazing! 5 out of 5 star! The process of seeing the doctor was confusing and I almost missed him because the procedure requires looking at your phone and responding to texts that do not make a sound.
