1 ★Promises so much yet delivers so little, don't waste your money. I followed every guideline available to get the thing working all to no avail. As for support, I sent a detailed description of the problems I was having and didn't even get the courtesy of a response. I feel like I've been conned. This app should come with a government warning. Avoid at all costs.
1 ★As with all other reviews, this product is a waste of money and time. I thought I read enough information to make a good decision. Wrong from the beginning. It took over 2 months to arrive. When I called, excuses of high demand. Now that it is here, will not even let me complete an account, register,or do anything. E-mails never arrive. Does not even deserve a one star.
1 ★The infinitikloud is not as good as the initial reviews I saw. Very finicky, sometimes works sometimes not. Sent an email to company asking for help with the unit and haven't heard back. Although it has only been a couple days, I thought I might get an automated response to say they got my email...nope. giving this product and its company a 1. Too bad, I was really looking forward to using the product. UPDATE: ***I have sent a request to the support like suggested, a week ago and NOTHING!!!
5 ★A lot of cloud services start lagging after a while but this has been working very well since months.
5 ★I really scare about panemic. I try to buy 4 flash drives for my family and hope that these items will work properly because I saw some bad comment here. Fortunately, They are all working with my samsung phone. I can store my files without the internet exept the first time login. Now, I believe to keep my files more safety.
1 ★Bought the 32GB InfinitiKloud for about $70. Tried it on one Android device, took hours to download only a few files on my phone, then said it had backed them ALL up. Tried to use it on my Windows 10 laptop, inserted it into all 3 USB slots on my computer and on NONE of them would it operate. Went to File Explorer and tried to find the executable file, but it's missing. Useless piece of rubbish. Junk. Be warned. SCAM!!
5 ★Love it, works well ! Your questions are still cut off Update: After all, it wasn't your app that was faulty it was simply how it was configured, I just needed to change my phone to the landscape view, for some reason your config wouldn't allow for vertical. Thanks for the feedback.

1 ★Tried to back up but it took so long the mobile went flat, tried the second one and now both keep telling me something went wrong plug in again this is as far as I can go. Brought this in April but only received early June. I have uninstalled an re installed, same problem, I have sent email requesting refund.
1 ★This is waste of time. After an update it stops accepting my password. I click on forget password, system say " we sent you an email, check you mail." But I never received any email. Customer service told me to uninstall and reinstall, still same problem.
