– UGPP a la mano (Unidad de Pensiones y Parafiscales), es una herramienta de descarga gratuita, en la cual los ciudadanos tienen al alcance de su mano a través de su dispositivo móvil, una herramienta de fácil acceso, que permite la radicación de Peticiones, Quejas, Reclamos, Sugerencias, Felicitaciones y Denuncias (entiéndase “Denuncia” como aquellas contra un Servidor Público de la Unidad por alguna irregularidad en el ejercicio de sus funciones) – PQRSFD.A través de esta herramienta, los ciudadanos podrán:
Registrarse en nuestra Sede Electrónica.
Radicar una PQRSFD tanto en temas Parafiscales como en temas Pensionales.
Adjuntar archivos o fotografías almacenados en su dispositivo móvil, con los cuales pretenda sustentar su petición.
Obtener el número de radicado de entrada a la entidad, con el cual podrá hacer el seguimiento respectivo a su petición.
Descargar y guardar en su dispositivo en archivo pdf, el acuse de recibo de su petición.
Conocer el tiempo estimado de respuesta de acuerdo con la legislación y el tipo de solicitud, bien sea que se trate de una petición general, una petición de información/copias, o una consulta jurídica.
Acceder a la Unidad de Pensiones y Parafiscales desde cualquier lugar geográfico.
Conocer la información para acceder a los diferentes canales de atención al ciudadano.
Recomendaciones:
Consulte el artículo 13 a 31 de la Ley 1437 de 2011, para que de esta forma usted pueda verificar que su petición cumpla los requisitos de claridad y completitud, y con ello la entidad pueda dar respuesta de fondo y oportuna a su solicitud.
Los archivos que se pueden adjuntar a través de la herramienta son pdf y txt, cuyo peso por archivo no supere las 25 megas y por radicado no supere las 60 megas.
