1 ★Can't even download the app for my new lock!!!

1 ★Terrible app. Terrible function. Doesn't perform. Doesn't update. Doesn't communicate. The app opens but that's about it. Everything else crashes. Back to back crashes just trying to use the app to check status. Horrific manufacturing and even worse products.

2 ★Do NOT setup a device on Android! Use an Apple device and you will have a significantly better time. Specifically for the Yale lock 2 (Keyed), the app tries to update the firmware and then you are unable to actually setup the device when it times itself out. Incredibly frustrating.

1 ★Took many tries to get the account set up, verification codes didn't work properly. The lock isn't calibrating and the app doesn't register whether it's locked or unlocked.

1 ★It is impossible to use out side united states. the default country code is 1 and it does not change. verfication text never comes so can not make new account. really frustrated with this app

2 ★App lags. Switching from WiFi to Bluetooth takes time forcing the shutting down of app. Switch back and force between multiple locks can help. UI is confusing. When investigating a device, you can not directly get to its settings. Info isn't always accurate. For multiple days, the autolock feature & time looked like it was inactive when, in fact, it was active and working. User management tricky. E.g. Home owner screen has no info on how to assign other folk or options to do it. Needs polishing.
