2 ★Near impossible to setup, but once you do it works fine. The biggest issue is that the auto-unlock does not work consistently.

2 ★Lots of potential and my L3 lock seems high quality, but the app seems to be a work in progress (I know the struggle as a dev, but the product doesn't do what it claims right now). Haven't been able to use the key fobs, assign a second home owner, etc. Also seems to overwrite the master code?

1 ★I tried signing up but it wouldn't let me. I asked to have the code sent to my phone 4 times and only got 2 and still wouldn't let me sign up. It then said it was sending the code to my email. 15 minutes later still don't have a code. I uninstalled the app after an hour trying to sign up.

1 ★Absolutely useless. Constantly has errors, can't even connect to my yale assure lock. I've tried every troubleshooting step, none of the other 20+ smart devices have had any issues setting up and working. But this one does, and I had a gate custom made to fit this lock seamlessly. What a waste.

1 ★When I try to disable "Verified Access" in settings, it asks me for a password. Which password you might think, my account password?. No, it seems to need some other magic password that seemingly cant be reset.(Or, perhaps I have some character in my passwd that the app cant handle, but the passwd can be registered). Also, why the F do you need to know the geographic location of where the lock is installed to complete installation via Bluetooth ?

1 ★Constant issues and bugs. Newest version stinks and keeps having issues to update users. Does not work. Now I have to program each lock manually at my vacation rental.

1 ★Very difficult to set up connect wifi devices. Customer service was rude and combative. With no help from customer service I finally got both our phones connected. Hopefully they keep working.
