3 ★No way to delete a credit card; No per ounce pricing info, making comparisons hard; Once in awhile, same product is listed twice with 2 different prices; No way to check what you ordered, only the actual fulfilled order is shown; Often items on app are not available to the shopper. Otherwise the Hy-Vee app is stable, I like being able to choose subs, and the rest of the logistics from shopping to delivery is usually smooth. Any issues are sorted fast with a call to the Hy-Vee customer service.
1 ★Tried multiple times to use the app. Won't load or open. Customer service was useless. I can't even look on their website to see if they carry a product. Will delete the app since it doesn't work.
1 ★5-26 - Now the app doesn't even work. Prices don't add up between ads and shopping, example ad says 1 lb ground beef is 2.48 lb and app says 4.88 per lb for the same thing. 5-21 Need more testing before app update rollout. It's maddening that its so slow now and also kicks you out while you're in the middle of placing an order. As a premier customer I have no idea how to even claim my monthly items. The notification is awesome but not helpful as I get charged for the items. 🤯😒🙄
4 ★App is getting much needed improvements to include aisle locations in lists and item pages. It would be incredibly useful if users could manually change the order of their list to toggle between order added to lost ASC/DESC and store location ASC/DESC. *It depends which side of the store you start on which is applicable, and being able to set back to order entered is important to see an item you just added.
3 ★A little confusing. You don't get as many coupons as Baker's. However depending on the store the selection may be better. I haven't figured out which gives the better deals. I suggest doing comparison shopping and keep up receipts to verify prices differences. Gl to you 🤔 and ME As well 👍🥳💯
1 ★This app is a giant step backwards from the original app. Now, I can rarely find e-coupons. Much of what pops up is Aisles-on-line stuff. I don't use that feature so the info just is clutter to Mr. To a large extent, I don't use the app much anymore....not worth the hassle.
5 ★I was very hesitant to let someone do my shopping. I finally tried HyVee Aisles Online during a quarantine. I was very impressed with the quality of my produce items and how carefully the items were packed. I kept informed of outages and substitutions via text. Try it! I really appreciate the service. 2 ★The best part of the old app was making a list and having the location of each item on the list. The med feature is ok, except they never clear out your med list when a new script is entered. Leaving every script on file even if it has no refills and the most recent one has fills. This makes ordering confusing.
2 ★Why is there no weekly ad. I want to see a real ad . Not just some of this and that! Hard to make a shopping list based on sales and deals.
2 ★Not entirely sure why the app doesn't really work for prescriptions for me anymore. Usually I have to log out and log in for it to pull up my refills that are ready to be picked up. Now that's not even working anymore.
1 ★Not happy with no large paper ad. Dislike going thru app so spend less money and purchase less in the store since items are not marked on shelves and I shop them in addition to my list. I'm saving money.
5 ★Thank God for Online Grocery Shopping! And Hy-Vee has done a phenomenal job at keeping up with the best of the apps out there. Easy to find what you need, easy to shop, easy to reorder! Thank you for constantly trying to be better!
