1 ★0 stars! Total scamsters! Anybody reading this, save your money and take your business elsewhere. I'd booked a flight which then got cancelled. After hours of being put on hold, i was told the ticket is not refundable and that I should contact the airline directly. Which I did. The airline said refund is possible, but since the booking was done via an agent, they would need to contact them. Again after everything these scamsters saying i need to get refund directly from airline. Avoid
1 ★ALL THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. they do not have anywhere where we can complaint. I am surprised at how this company is a partner of skyscanner. Horrible service. Our tickets were rescheduled without our knowledge, we chased for 2 weeks everyday and were promised another date, which was ultimately told from them was not confirmed by airline. the person on call admitted that they did not chase our request for first week. when we asked for our call recording number, they denied. DO NOT BUY.

If its too late than give it 1 star rating and write down your complaint than UNINSTALLEDThe apps is only for booking and did not give you information how to contact them if there are changes in your flight schedule.. If there are changes in your flight schedule they will offer you extra charges but yet what they are doing is just communication via email to the airlines and nothing delivered.. I am totally devastated with this travel agent company.. Be smart..
1 ★Hello I got this ticket for 144€ but charged 179.99€ it's so much price above 144€ fake information. Now I am trouble about mentioned email there's no clear details and problem to check in. I would like to say costumer service poor. To contact unavailable above one phone number. I am trouble to miss my flight tomorrow. I never use gotogate services really trust me. Who's going to use it please be carefully.
1 ★DO NOT USE THIS APP, THIS IS A DODGY PROVIDER!!!!!!!! Stay away from these guys, you don't know how much more your ticket is going to cost when you're booking through them. I purchased flights for me and my partner through Gotogate. I paid to have 2 bags of 20kg check-in luggage included (which was clearly shown on our confirmation). Upon getting to the airport, the airline representative advised us that our booking indicated that we have 2 bags of 15kg included instead. I called Gotogate and a kind member of their customer service team advised me to pay for the excess 10kgs of luggage we had on the spot, and then send them receipt to reimburse me for it. I was ensured that the details of that conversation would be added under the booking reference number, so whoever handles the case is aware of the situation and the solution Gotogate has proposed. So I paid $250 AU to get our bags checked-in and emailed them the receipt. Two months later, every time I email them asking for an update, they continue ensuring me they are 'still working on the case'. They've left me with no choice but to report them to the consumer protection authorities.
1 ★I have same problem with many users here, I couldn't receive sms. I'm sure that I input correct number. While many users had this problem, why you don't fix it? Edit in 23 Aug 2019. Reply to developer: I already send email 3 days ago, and there still no reply until now, same as verification sms
1 ★Don't ever book here! It's a scam! I have been sending emails about cancelling my flight even before the departure date and haven't received any response about it. Their system sucks! Customer care doesn't care at all! I'm not even sure why is this included in skyscanner!

I've searched my booking flight thru Official Flight Apps manually & unfortunately they WRONGLY put my name & also my daughter's name. My bad i applied thru this apps without checking the rate & review. Please take note don't ever book your tickets thru this apps. NO REFUND & NOT RESPONSIBLE. Money wasted just like that. 1 ★Very bad experience. I booked a ticket through your website which lately cancelled by the airline and told me to contact your booking agency to refund your money. I sent a no of mails on your email address given on website. But no response i think no one there to bother to check such mails.
1 ★App doesn't recognize booking details requested on app although entered correctly, completely pointless downloading it. Go to gate website tried same same result although they sent the details in the first place, they really need to get it together.

They are irresponsible, all they do is say "Please wait few minute" and then they will leave customers on the phone forever in hope that they will just drop their call and don't call back. I don't know why you keep the team like that until now. If you aware of that without acting to solve the problem of your team, you are stupid. If you don't aware of that, then this is the chance for you to fix the job. Replace the whole team please.
