Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor: 11 Tahun 2017 tentang Manajemen Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS), yang ditandatangani oleh Presiden Joko Widodo pada 30 Maret 2017, juga memuat aturan tentang cuti bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS).Menurut PP ini, cuti diberikan oleh PPK (Pejabat Pembina Kepegawaian), yang dapat didelegasikan sebagian wewenangnya kepada pejabat di lingkungannya untuk memberikan cuti, kecuali ditentukan lain dalam Peraturan Pemerintah ini atau peraturan perundang-undangan lainnya.
