Como criterios de nivel de servicio se utilizarán los del Manual de Capacidad de 2010 del TRB (HCM 2010), El HCM 2010 considera la demora como la suma del tiempo que un conductor gasta en la cola (demora por cola) y el tiempo que gasta al frente de la cola esperando un hueco aceptable para entrar a la glorieta (demora geométrica). Los niveles de servicio se evaluarán por carril, acceso y conjunto de glorieta.
Admite de 3 a 8 ramales, pudiendo ser de entrada, o de salida, o de entrada y salida.
