Esta app permite a los instaladores clientes de Bongrup gestionar su facturación, hacer consultas sobre sus documentos de compras a Bongrup y consultar los artículos del catálogo de Bongrup.Para poder usar esta aplicación, Bongrup debe haberle dado un usuario y contraseña para utilizarla.
Las funciones que permite esta aplicación son las siguientes:
- Crear documentos de venta (facturas, hojas de trabajo y presupuestos), y enviarlos por correo al cliente final
- Copiar documentos de compra a Bongrup a una venta del instalador
- Crear un catálogo de artículos de venta propios del instalador (por ejemplo mano de obra, desplazamiento, etc.)
- Guardar una lista de artículos favoritos del catálogo de Bongrup, pudiendo personalizar su descripción
- Consultar los documentos de compra hechos a Bongrup (facturas, albaranes, presupuestos y pedidos)
- Crear plantillas de ventas (artículos kit): Por ejemplo, una plantilla de venta "Instalación caldera" que incluiría la caldera, manguitos, mano de obra etc.
- Abonar facturas de venta al cliente final
- Obtener informes en formato Excel y PDF con la facturación hecha por el instalador.
- Gestionar información de sus obras
