4 ★Of course there is an extreme thanks for twelve free CYOA's but i have some issues with the design of them. Firstly there are too many unavoidable instakills or random 1/9 chances of your run ending. The one that annoyed me most was in chapter 4, i fight a wounded bandit and go into the cellar only to be locked in and die to a Hellghast. I can't cut through a cellar door with the sword of legend? I cant wait and eat my four meals? Another is just in C3 is just a pit. 6S should let you avoid it.
1 ★There is so much wrong with this game that I don't know where to begin. Most of the choices don't make sense. Map is useless. Story writing is bland and unimmersive. Combat is based mostly on luck since both combat skill and damage dealt directly depend on random number generator. In second book, my skills included sixth sense, camouflage, tracking and none of them helped me to move forward as I needed a magic spear. Getting the spear is pure luck like rest of the game. Not worth playing.
4 ★It's entertaining. I wish there were check points because unless you save at some point in the chapter, you'll have to start over from the beginning if you die and in some cases, any choice I made resulted in death. You can advance to the next chapter but not being able to finish a chapter made me lose interest and uninstall it.
5 ★I enjoyed this book series way way way more than I was expecting and I only wish there was more!! I couldn't put it down it was such a fantastic platform for these older style chose your own adventure books and i was stunned by the sheer you I got out of reading it on my phone
5 ★great game if you can't appreciate it just means you're looking for flaws in a book series that came out in a different time the sole fact it's been digitalized and made playable should be amazing who cares if at times you die without being able to fight it or it can seem a touch 1 sided it was never meant to be played on your phone so be happy you have a chance to enjoy a book series that you should have never been able to look at unless you actually spent money yeah free loading goofs
5 ★this is like a choose your own adventure book written by a person who was ten times the dungeon master your high school friends could even dream of being. the writing and the world building are first rate and as compelling as the best fantasy novels. plus you get to fight baddies. Save OFTEN! Games of the 80s were much different than what you youngins are accustomed too.
4 ★It tends to get stuck on loops that eventually just gets you killed. Don't get me wrong, the game is overall pretty nice, it's just that I'm disappointed in the rather random deaths and the fact that you have to save constantly or just replay...
4 ★The adventure through the books was fun, with the right amount of challenge and chance. The few riddles were an added plus too!
5 ★This game was awesome and mind-blowing!! I spent my days to complete the 12 books and the stories of the books were awesome! Developers plz add more books of the lone wolf series. Because these stories are awesome and more books will the game for awesome. Viewers download this game cuz is awesome!!!!!!😎😎😎
5 ★used to read the books when i was a kid, its awsome to see the app version of this game again. thanks so much for uploading this and making it possible again. awesome game. solid 10/10. just hope you guys will continue with the remaining books and legacy of this legendary game.
5 ★Not really a game. A large story with many outcomes based on your decisions. Your a hero that has been tasked to save the world against those who would destroy it. I died so many times because of bad decisions. I eventually learned from my mistakes and conqured all. Still i can go back and investigate areas i skipped over. So many items in my inventory that i never found a use for. So many areas i skipped past on my quest to hurry to the end.
5 ★I never write reviews but this just makes me so friggin happy. I used to read these books as a kid and absolutely loved them, they got me into reading. Is so cool that I can read them again and the interface with the action chart makes it really enjoyable. Cant wait for all the other books to be added.
