Description
ComSonics Inventory Tracking app allows for easy and intuitive area and region based inventory management.The built-in barcode scanner allows technicians to easily add equipment to their inventory, deploy equipment from their inventory, mark a piece of equipment with a fault, or transfer equipment between technicians of the same area.
The drill-through feature of the "My Inventory" and "My Tags" screens allows technicians to see the serial numbers and faults of the equipment in their inventory/electronic tags.
Technicians may also search other technicians' inventories belonging to their area, either by equipment name, or technician name.
The customer is required to contact ComSonics Customer Service to obtain an account for the Inventory Tracking Service. After customer signup, the user will have full functionality based on their position (Technician/Regional Manager)
