1 ★When you create an account it just says wrong user info and will not work. Dont buy the printer either it is riddled with software bugs or at least the one that my friend has that I tried to connect to print my object. Very disappointed.

1 ★Don't waste your money on this device(not even worth the $99- 🤭msrp $600 🤣). No customer service and support at all. Had to return to the store because of their awful after the sale service and support. Oh, it's not really Polaroid they just licensed the name so don't expect to get same support and quality of the polaroid.
